Always quick delivery and customer service always get back to you immediately A package arrived damaged in the post and customer service got back to me the same day and a replacement was received the next day Lisa is lovely nothing is too much trouble

True to size and great service

To be honest I was scared as I didn t receive anything to confirm my purchase from the website so I had to reach out customer service and their response was so quick and was so helpful And to top it all my purchase had been already been delivered at my doorstep Best service ever I am so happy Now let me rock my track lounge set

I really love femme luxe

I am so pleased with my dress from Femme Luxe I tried lots of dresses and the sizing is so consistent I feel like these dresses are made for girls with my shape smaller waist bigger hips It s so flattering and I m so pleased to have found a brand that works so well for me Anna from the customer services department has also been so helpful All round a great shopping experience and I ll certainly be back to try more

I did contact the customer service team via email as I couldn t find my order confirmation turns out it was just in my junk but she sent me the invoice regardless So helpful Ordered the famous savannah dress for valentines day for a date night its gorgeous I m a natural 10 and its a perfect fit Thickish material so not see threw but not thick thick its stretchy pulls you In at the right places I don t have a small waist and a big bum but the way this dress sticks to you is crazy looks like I have an hour glass figure I got the wine colour but I ve just ordered the white I m obsessed Will 10000 shop here again and I ve recommended Femmeluxe to my friends

Not received my order yet but had a query on it as I put wrong delivery address Customer services Lisa contacted me straight after I sent a message and said they had despatched order and changed my address for me so really happy so far

I ordered from them the first time and really happy with the quality of clothing and how it looks I was sent the package that was damaged and femme luxe were so helpful it was Libby who investigated for me and issued a replacement for me asap it was out of stock so offered a refund I ll be ordering more 100 Libby was so kind and helpful and so understanding

Excellent service from Lisa

i ordered a dress and one arm ripped off after ten minutes however i was actually still impressed with the quality of the rest of the dress very good for the price I emailed and a lady called Lisa responded almost immediately and is sending me a replacement really good service thank you
