sent wrong sizing and incomplete order

sent wrong and incomplete order wrong sizes received tags missing from item and customer service post sales appalling - extremely slow responses 3 months and then no response at all so now I m left 32 out of pocket They tried to offer me a gift card to replace my order however they gave me one which didn t work and had expired after one day of which now they refuse to reply Do not order from them

No response from the company what s going on

I ve contacted femme luxe about my parcel not making any movements along in the tracker evri but no response I ve contacted evri and they should get back to me soon however I feel like my parcel is lost If my parcel does arrive I ll be returning because I don t need the item anymore but it seems like I won t be expecting a refund looking at everyone else s reviews on insta they re posting stories but yet no customer service where s the respect Lord this business must go down

Same method of scamming people since 2017

This ba tard company has been scamming people of their money since 2017 I scrolled back 5 years and all they have consistently stuck to is stealing Laughable that they will only reply feedbacks that are good but ignore every other complaint meaning they know what they re doing Femme Luxe your day of reckoning is coming soon you ll reap the wrong person one day and your business will come down like a deck of cards DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE BOTTOM TIER THIEVES If you want rob people carry guns not by withholding refund They ll deceive you that they have processed your refund but that s a huge lie

Refusing to give refund

An absolute scam of a company Sent an order back in April for a refund within the time frame requested and had tracked postage so know that it arrived back at the company I ve tried repeatedly for 4 months to get in contact about it without so much as a reply back They have finally got back to me saying they ve changed leadership and can t access any old records so it s impossible to refund me and instead they gave me a credit voucher for the company Would not recommend to anyone

They will not refund you

Returned a parcel on the 12th July It is now 4th September and I have had no refund or had no confirmation I will receive a refund I have emailed multiple times first one being 21st August and contacted through many social media platforms and nobody has got back to me weeks later Do not trust this company you will not get your money back I am still waiting to be contacted

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I sent a return back in May within the time frame and never received my refund I emailed them multiple times used their contact form on their website and supplied all proof of postage and even sent them proof that I could see they received the parcel and they never came back to me This company needs to be looked into as something dodgy is going on as I know I m not the only person who hasn t received a refund from them They have basically stolen 50 from me and it s disgusting that they continue to ignore all emails I send them Avoid this company at all costsUpdate on the 21 11 23- Femme Luxe have replied to my review saying that they have tried to contact me and heard nothing back which is a blatant lie I have emailed them again as per their response and hope this gets sorted

Scammers

Returned my items by 1st class recorded delivery still not received a refund Tried messaging so many times to no avail appalling customer service Where s my refund Scammers thieves ignored all my messages I will definitely be reporting them to trading standards what a disgraceful company Give me back my money

Still no refund after 4 months

Still no refund after 4 months numerous emails a few responses back Received an email off Faye who is obviously a liar confirming my refund After weeks again of not receiving it I emailed again where she said I d have to complain to the complaints department I m sure they have no actual departments Thankfully HSBC disputed the amount and I got it back Avoid this fraudulent company I m not sure how its allowed to still operate after these reviews I ve read I told them karma will catch up with them stealing my 16 year olds birthday money Disgusting people

No refund received

I ve read all the other reviews and saw that they also are experiencing the same issue as me I ordered some cargos from femme Lux over 2 months ago and because they were too big for me I returned them immediately after and still haven t received a refund I have emailed multiple times yet I am being ignored and nothing is being done Do NOT order from here

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I made an order back in April of this year Sent all the items back within the time frame and still to this day I have not received my refund after making numerous attempts to contact them At this point it is clear that I am being ignored and they have essentially stolen 50 from me and I don t believe I will get this money back Unfortunately there is no way for customers such as myself to claim our money back if the company itself is ignoring us I can see that from other reviews this is not at unusual situation and this happens quite often Femme Luxe clearly likes to steal from their customers so do not make the same mistake I did
