Not great

Probably should have checked on here before purchasing I bought two dresses looked really nice on the picture Absolutely far from the picture really not flattering plus there is no returns just an address to return so I am assuming I have to pay for the returns I may be able to use one of the dresses as a nighty as I wouldn t be seen in public with it on Reason for two stars is I did request next day and they delivered without fail which was really good so I can t fault I am just disappointed of their product

I ordered my outfits on Monday literally been waiting at home for days as I have no clue when it will arrive as I never received a confirmation email I contacted femme Luxe regarding tracking my parcel but no reply I was needing these outfits for an even I m going to on Monday the 6th but looks like I will have to spend more money

Waited 2 months for a refund Definitely will not be ordering from here again Lisa was absolutely amazing though when looking into this for me Customer service from her was 5 star but 0 stars for the company itself hence the 3 star review

Scam Don t buy from this company

After finally receiving contact from customer care I managed to return the parcels However the website says to return within 14 days whilst the app says to return within 28 days which makes it unclear how long I have to return especially with postal strikes happening It has now been a month and I ve had no sign of a refund or further response from customer care at all after they replied once I have spent a lot on these parcels so to hear nothing from the company at all is horrendous

I have ordered from femme luxe over a week ago still have not received an email confirmation of my order I contacted them through their website on the weekend to get an idea of the whereabouts of my order and what is happening I still haven t had a response Money has left my account however I don t feel this doesn t order will be fulfilled Would stay clear from this company

Terrible website and returns policy

I ve recently ordered some dresses from here however not all of them look like the pictures so I m needing to return them- since ordering the returns policy has been updated Now on the website there is no where to actually create a return all that there is is an address to return to within 14 days But how am I supposed to let the company know what and when i m returning Quite a terrible returns system

You pay even when no delivery

Never got a delivery due to the delivery company and was left high and dry waiting for someone to decide what to do Went and bought another item elsewhere while waiting Delivery company admit fault but Femme Luxe only offered to deliver the item again and no refund Why would I go through that all again and why is the customer left with no options yet did nothing wrong 2 stars as at least there CS do get back to you unlike Evri where your just left hanging wondering what is happening

I have sent back 2 items that are over

I have sent back 2 items that are over 40 at the beginning of April still no refund I sent proof of postage still nothing back I messaged them on the 27th May asking for an update still nothing This company is a disgrace I paid for next day delivery on a Wednesday and got it on the Saturday but that wasn t their fault either can t promise next day so don t offer it at an additional cost

Not good service when it came to providing me with my refund had to chase myself Ignored on instagram and Facebook and had to email more than once However Tabitha did provide good customer service above other members of staff Thank you Tabitha
