The people there especially ate tin was

I have been looking for accommodation in central London past few days I have now found the room that I was looking for from Vio com I think Vio com is providing better deals than booking com and AirBNB etc

Easy reservation

The people there especially ate tin was really friendly and caring She made our experience even way more better while we extended our stay there Though they are not doing a room service such as bathroom cleaning change linens towels and sweeping the floor they made sure that we are comfortable I hope in the future they will have these services to keep the rooms clean as well I appreciate all the efforts Thank you very much

Nice experience but wish I could have paid entire bill

My experience with Vio was very good Ease of use and speed of booking Only downside reservations made are neither exchangeable nor refundable

Different room type confirmed great customer service

It was a great experience to book simple easy to click through menu items and required information Sadly some local state taxes were taken out of the credit charge instead of fully charging the card Wish i could have just paid it off right there instead of waiting until hotel visit should have option to pay fully Either way great experience

Great Not So great and Finally Back to Great

I update my review due to the contact I had with Michaela from theor customer service team I had an issue that the confirmation didn t had the selected rooms I booked different room types First I contacted by phone and was calling to Ian He tried to help me but informed me that he is unable due to the mail I sent went to the backoffice He was very friendly After that quickly I received an email from Michaela They were investigating the case and cofirmed me the mistake due a problem in the booking system and she eas very friendly helpful with solutions offered and informed me always quickly Customer service experience is 5 5 I had such experiences only with booking com before and I look forward to try vio com again for my next booking I can t give 5 stars due to the issue and but I look forward of booking next time without any issues Many thanks for the great service again

The Vi

At first I thought we were going to be taken advantage of but in the end Vio com came through and we got the room we reserved at the price we reserved for I don t know why or how when we got to the hotel I found out that our reservation had been downgraded from a Junior Superior Suite to a Double Twin Superior I contacted Vio com and after a brief wait they recommended we take the lower room for at least the night We were extremely tired from a long flight a long drive and awake for over 36 hours we re pretty old we didn t feel like we wanted to move our luggage to another room so we paid for the upgrade difference that the hotel wanted The next day Vio com came through and they reimbursed us that difference If it wasn t for that hiccup I would have rated the experience a 5 star
