Was able to find a hideway for my loach

Jonathan and Scott are so helpful and knowledgeable It is such a friendly shop and will help you no matter what the issue Jonathan even put my new filter together for me before I left the shop I cannot recommend them enough they really know their stuff

Daniel with ginger hair in the Barlborough chesterfield store was very knowledgable polite and friendly making me feel welcome always makes me feel welcome as well as the other staff always shows me new stock when they come in ect Thankyou

Excellent fast servicee

needed help to replace feed pipe to my pond pump-staff quickly cut a new length of pipe and attached it to the cones at either end so I could fix it in place immediately and restart the pump for 5 99 At Aylesbury Wendover store on old Wyevale site now Dobbies but about to change to Blue Diamond Garden Centres

I ve visited the Chesterfield store today and I was really pleased the staff was friendly and obliging and advised me what to buy I m so happy with my purchase will recommend this store if anyone asks me about it

Excellent Worcester

This review is for Worcester We often visit the store and we have always had brilliant advice from Alex and Anna They are friendly and helpful especially Anna who is very patient with our lack of knowledge sometimes I am at a loss to see how the previous reviewer found her a bully as she is always very pleasant I would recommend this branch to anyone

Helpful to new fish owners

We went to Maidenhead Aquatics in Norwich after a previous shop sold us Hawaiian platties - Not telling us they were breeders We showed the videos of the fish to the team and they advised us on what to doSince then we have used Maidenhead for all of our fish ointments testing strips decorations Thank you Arun and Barney
