I started your program before Covid and let me say it was the best program I ve ever done First week I lost 5lb I started at 184lb with 28 body fat end of 3rd month I was 162 lb 17 body fat Then Covid happened all went down hill Would love to sign up again but not able to afford the program I strongly recommend this program
