Scam for certain

Like all other reviews - utter rubbish quality and impossible to return E mails to company not acknowledged There are a number of other companies with names of 1 single name followed by London Please be careful of these scams

Big mistake

I should have done more research before buying from this company My item obviously shipped from China It took an age to get here and when it did I was so disappointed It s basically a piece of cheap tat I ve learned my lesson and hope others take something from my bad experience I daren t try and get a refund I think I would lose my sanity so I m going to hang it up as a reminder not to shop with them again

No stars Everyone needs to report this company to trading standards as I have done Clearly not the company they portray themselves as My order was placed 19 10 and continues to show as in transit I have contacted them on e and had an answer back to say there has been a delay but no other updates apart from saying its been dispatched- twice

Saw this company Freya London on instagram and assuming it was Uk based ordered what looked like a lovely jacket from them How wrong was I as what arrived was a piece of trash that wouldn t fit a doll Turned out to be shipped from China and after many e mails to return for refund was told I would have to pay 20-30 euros to ship back to Asia Being a pensioner the whole ordeal has completely stressed me out I hope others read reviews first and unlike myself are not taken in by fancy advertising Total scam

A SCAM COMPANY

Received what I believed was a size 7 boot More like a child s size 5 After several e mails to and fro they offered me 12 refund after paying 45 Total scam company PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE WHO WOULD SEND AN ITEM BACK TO A MANUFACTURER IN ASIA THE COMPANY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN

Absolute rip off

Absolute rip off Advertising as a UK website but shoes are nothing like the pictures or quality goods as seen on images Return costs are ridiculous Very angry and annoyed Avoid at all costs Let s get this place closed down Very misleading with false advertising

Wish I had read reviews for this so called company it is completely bogus The dress I ordered was a joke it was returned but the company seem to have not received it and as another customer said I was offered a partial refund if I would like to keep the item I am still awaiting my full refund but not holing my breath I suspect they also sell under other titles on instagram such as Lily of London STAY AWAY

Avoid

If I could give zero stars I would Avoid ordering from this company I found them through an Instagram ad and ordered a pair of black leather boots thinking they were based in London I became worried when I kept receiving updates and the item took three weeks to arrive When the boots finally arrived they looked nothing like the photo cheap poor quality and definitely not leather I ve contacted them for a refund but based on other reviews I doubt I ll have much success
