Much work to do

Very good at the Sales part but much work needed on the follow up Customer service and Support Stop being so silent it can be infuriating and will be a factor in consideration of future requirements from you or competitors

Installation was not bad but we have had an issue ever since and the customer service has not been good The issue is still outstanding

Great Fibre Speed - WiFi Router Too Weak

Like other Internet Service Providers I ve read about G Network also seemed determined to supply me a router modem Nokia with too weak a signal which would not cover my whole flat especially weak on 2 4 GHz When I complained G Network told me they could supply me with a new stronger router within a few months but then never came back to me about the upgrade and wouldn t reply to me about it I ended up running an Ethernet cable to the other end of my flat and then buying and installing a 2nd router myself for 69 to give me full coverage It seems crazy for G Network to supply super fast fibre broadband signals to people s homes 150-900mbps but then to supply a too weak wifi router I now have good coverage due to my own efforts but strongly suggest that instead offering customers discounts or several months free that G Network instead spends the money providing all customers with a much higher quality super strong router so their customers never have weak WiFi coverage That way G Network will keep their customers and not lose them to a competitor

Very poor follow up service but the basic product is good and the price reasonable

The basic product is good and the price fair I also take their VOIP service which works well The service in getting set up was very poor I initially went for their Full-On service but this did not work and I was left unable to receive a full signal in most of my small flat Over a matter of weeks despite having a large number of teams of engineers working in my area installing their kit to other customers and despite many pleas from me no one was made available to visit me and sort out my problems - I was just abandoned I ended up sending back the beacon G Network provided and I bought an Eero system from Amazon instead at a cost of 300 so not done lightly The initial installation was also shoddy with the box that brought the wiring into my home hanging off the wall In the end despite multiple unheeded requests for G Network to deal with this I secured it myself Basically after the initial installation of the box they expect you to install anything extra that you purchase yourself including the phones for the VOIP service A stressful and very disappointing experience with minimal follow up customer service from G Network but I do now have fast internet and a good VOIP service

Installation took several months but nice people

Installation took several months - but people I interacted with were great and I m happy with the installation Pity the faster speeds that fibre makes possible are just so absurdly expensive beyond most people s budgets Nice to have the reduced latency even if it s no faster than ADSL was

A mixed bag

Oliver Team 3 and his colleague were great at the installation itself today - friendly and efficient The run up to it however was a nightmare - G Network sent their engineer to the wrong address on their initial visit despite us having been a customer of theirs for 18 months and also logged us as residential again despite us having been existing business customers for over 18 months They also apparently had no record of work they carried out in the building in 2021 causing us issues with our building management and delays to the installation meaning we had to pay for an unusable office space for weeks Anjna from the customer service team was wonderful as were Oliver and his team on the installation today But otherwise the whole experience was a bit of a disaster

Good connection but bad customer service

I ordered and have been billed for a 1 gigabit up and down service but am only getting 600 mbps up and 300 mbps down after repeatedly telling customer service and it has not been fixed

Delivery not up to the promise

Andrew s team was friendly and informative They identified the faulty router modem issue communicated with the office and after an hour a modem fix was arranged Unfortunately the system failed totally 24 hours later Despite energetic smart experienced engineers after-sales service is poor GNetwork needs to up its game

Your office staff treated me very well

Your office staff treated me very well but the installation team members did not co-ordinate the works and extended the installation over 3 days to complete the installation due to poor co-ordination of the tasks involved We had to attend the site for 3 whole days that was very upsetting and annoying

Installer was inadequately trained on basic questions His employers did neither him nor themselves any credit
