No communication via email

No communication G Network infrastructure exists at our property but they are seeking a wayleave to supply our property I am attempting to help them but they have ignored my emails every single time It is impossible to get a response from them I don t think I will even bother with such a company even if I am finally able to buy their packages

was good before

Basically we have a remote office with CCTV camera connected 24 7 plus employee occasionally works from there G network used to have an issue which they pushed update to router and crashed the router one engineer admitted this and he said there is no solution So I have an automatic tool which restarts the router when network is unavailable It took them so long to have this issue fixed from the log I haven t seen the issue for a while However this time we keep restarting the router and the internet is still down G network should have more advanced tool for detecting disconnection and automatic recovery etc G-00033424

Non-existent customer service Absolutely impossible to get hold of They are worse than BT and that company nearly gave me a breakdown Don t answer the phone yet we are a web-based business that rely on Wifi Pathetic Absolutely pathetic

Install was ok follow up customer service v v poor

Shumaro did a nice job Was super helpful and informative about the install Update trying to find the right person to handle the buy out offer has been an exercise in frustration I spoke to someone in Customer Service who explained it wasn t anything to do with him and I should speak to sales Still waiting to hear back Update 2 Still unresolved so changed rating to a 1

I have contracted with G Network last

I have contracted with G Network last December while they were running a buy out option whereby they would have paid for up to 9 months of the old contract Needless to say they didn t honour this and I am fully paying my monthly cost despite the several calls to their centre and the emails to their finance department While on the phone they seem proactive they have no interest in solving the customer problems Awful customer service

Double billing - useless customer service

I moved my address three months ago and transferred the contract to my new house Despite the original agreement I have been being billed for both addresses Have talked to maybe 10 different people They admit it s a mistake but I keep being charged The service levels have declined so badly in this company Every time I call I am offered a call-back that doesn t happen or leads to another call-back offer It s a fiasco

G Network keeps sending letters to my

G Network keeps sending letters to my home I have contacted them via different ways website email social media in order to stop receiving them but I keep getting letters that go straight into the recycling bin This aggressive form of blind advertising and use of paper really puts me off ever using this company The fact that I have tried to contact you repeatedly with no response says a lot about your customer service

Poor customer service re buyout offer

Install happened and I ve been paying my bills Have contacted g network more than a dozen times over the last month about the buyout which was part of the sign up but have been passed around with no resolution Am extremely happy with the internet provided but the customer service is v poor

Unable to speak to a customer service representative as not enough staff is available to pick up call directly You need to go through a receptionist not joking who gets your detail and number and they are supposed to call you back Have tried to write an email a week ago no reply My contract has expired and not sure what happens now Not written on the contract

Repeated Outtages and no feedback

Last week our head office in Covent Garden suffered an outtage and today our shop has suffered an outtage that has been going on for nearly 4 hours Earlier today I managed to speak directly to the tech team to report this option 3 but now that option has mysteriously disappeared Each time I call I leave my phone number but nobody calls back We are losing money here Reliable Easy to contact Fast service I don t think soAddendum after G-Network reply We had no internet for 6 hours and nobody got back to me on the day it happened or the following day so I take their assurances and apologies following my first post above with a pinch of salt
