Lyne Whitaker our sales contact established our needs was knowledgeable and provided excellent guidance and service Gillies has an excellent range of high quality reliable brands The mattress was delivered within 2-3 weeks The date provided is a rough estimate as I don t have currently have the information to hand

After a long wait

After a long wait due to damage dismantling the wardrobe we finally got it after 14weeks only to be told by the delivery man that it had further damage Some screws hadn t been removed and had marked the side in several places Ok we now await the technician to fix Despite all this Gillies staff have been pretty good so no real problems Actually very good to deal with

Great service overall

Great service overall as usual On this occasion there were a couple of hiccoughs with the automated payment system and related comms which meant I had to chase things up from my end However these were minor issues resolved as soon as I made personal contact hence I continue to highly recommend Gillies

they told us the goods had arrived and

they told us the goods had arrived and their was a part missing then got told a week later it had just arrived was expecting them in 12 weeks but got them in 16 weeks

Very happy with service but

Very happy with service but wrong plug provided for electric recliner one UK plug and one EU plug received Also funny juddering with one recliner which delivery guys tried very hard to sort but I am just a bit concerned that there may be a problem in the future with the settee

Beautiful curtains were made to order

Beautiful curtains were made to order They took a while longer than anticipated but were worth it The fabric arrived flawed so Gillies rejected it and more material was delivered eventually to the curtain makers after passing inspection Fortunately the curtains passed inspection and were presented ready to hang and with advice how to get the best look Perfect bar the delay which was unforseeable

Turning a bedroom into a studio

The staff in Perth store were very helpful and trustworthy I visited the store several times before confirming our purchase - staff always listened to my concerns They let me manoeuvre the sofa bed on my own Now our spare bedroom can be used every day as a studio

Helpful and knowledgeable staff Friendly but business like Great range of quality furniture Prompt and efficient delivery earlier than estimated time Delivery men quick tidy and helpful Set up furniture in place and removed all packaging Could not be happier with the whole process

Laid carpet looks good but

Laid carpet looks good but Communication between sales and laying is poorAccounts dept ask for payment but don t acknowledge how much or receipt of either deposit or final payment unless you chase them Carpet is laid and the men vanish before you can check anything - one door is very sticky and marking the carpet after 2 days
