Excellent carpet purchase and fitting experience

Friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff in store offering a great range at really competitive prices A nicer experience than in the big chain stores Fitters were excellent and we re delighted with the finished result

Decided on Ercol bedroom furniture Gillies have always been excellent with the quality and customer service I have been a customer for many years and would not hesitate to be a return customer On the 26th January my furniture was delivered on stated time the men who delivered the furniture were very helpful and made a good job

The delivery men came within the allotted time and brought the furniture up to the flat very timeously and connected them up to the electricity supply Thank you

Excellent furniture shop with good old-fashioned proper customer service

My father wanted a comfortable chair suitable for his height When I called the shop Stuart was super helpful and encouraged us to come in and try out different chairs His assistance in the store was excellent and helped us choose something suitable 5 star

Great service

Despite great difficulties the delivery men managed to get the bed into the bedroom They never gave up they were courteous and they cleared up all packaging and left the place tidy Our experience in the shop was pleasant as the shop assistant was so knowledgeable and helpful

Billy was a great help to us choosing our recliner chairs we felt he went beyond to advise us and he made the experience delightful he even got 2 swatches of fabric to try at home which definitely was a helpful A great experience

Delivered on time

Delivered on time Guys unpacked and put item in room Very pleasant delivery guys Only gripe with Gillies in the delivery charge I personally think it s expensive Spending thousands on furniture and then another 79 on topBut I like the quality of items from Gillies so has to be paid

Experienced staff guided us through the various recliners we were looking to purchase Once they gave us the information we were left us to choose the design we settled on Delivery was fast and easy to organise All round great experience

Having spent many house looking at the product we were after the sales representative at Gillies Perth explained the various options we should consider before buying The information well informed us which of the produce we should consider Now that it has been delivered we are very happy with the service we recieved and the product we purchased
