I have been renting servers and dedicated machines from GTXGaming for my Conan Exiles servers for almost two years now I can not say enough good things about their products and support services They have gone above and beyond many many times when I needed help 10 out of 10 I would recommend anyone starting up their own servers to try out GTXGaming -Mary a k a Luckystar - Sanctum of Cthulhu servers for Conan Exiles

Best gaming hosting site I upgraded to a dedicated machine and absolutely worth the money Running 2 servers and a test server and smooth and clean Any time i have questions or anything open a ticket and within 15 minutes i get a reply always courteous and nice and helpful I entered their game giveaway and won recently the person who contacted me was very pleasant Thanks guys Keep up the good work

Superior customer service

I have used Nitrado and 4player On Nitrado I encountered blank amazement I needed help with a particular problem along with denials the problem was on their end Generally they made me feel pathetic 4player was better although often they made me feel like I was wasting their valuable time Just the manner of wording they used GTXGaming has helped me with several problems and NOT ONCE did they ever make me feel anything but welcome My problem became their problem and the solution was expedited with alacrity and aplomb My last problem was somewhat sticky and time consuming and yet not once did the tech make me feel anything but a valued customer I am extremely happy with the way I was treated and the outcome

No matter the ask the team got the issue done and resolved within a matter of min i ran with pingperfect for years and the customer service there has gone to the trash it s nice to have a company that will listen to you other than ask you a question to each question you ask Thanks guys keep it up

I really like the GTX Game Panel

I ve been using a dedicated server host for The Forest I really like the GTX Game Panel feature that allows you to manage and configure a surprising array of server features options from a web UI The UI looks a bit dated but is well-considered and does the job nicely gives you a lot of access to e g the file system game config files scheduled jobs Player Activity history Resource Usage History etc without ever needing to access the server desktop Server and network performance has been excellent with a decent ping a stable 24ms to my regional datacenter I haven t tried to do any advanced stuff e g modding etc but it looks like it s catered for I will definitely use this hosting service again for future game servers

Best hosting service I have tried

Have rented multiple servers from them over the last couple of years Excellent and quick customer service even helped me troubleshoot mod issues etc Very affordable pricing Their game panel where you mange your server game is intuitive and very easy to operate You can also swap your game server over from one game to another wo too much hassle which is a major plus If you are looking for a gaming server provider for you and your friends I definitively recommend these guys
