Horrible company extremely shady

An incredible experience with this company Within 4 days of our contract GTX shut down our server because they applied the wrong invoice which we paid on time a second because of sudden bad hardware and a third for no reason whatsoever which brought the server down in the middle of the day and for hours with no reply to support nor any effective communication In the end it was a server hiccup as they said Staff have been rude incompetent and unattentive at every turn When something is questioned or when our server is down and we ask for communication via their Discord they delete all of the messages so as not to put themselves into a bad spotlight The company is nothing but shady practices through and through Will never use again

Terrible hosting terrible customer service

I put in a request for my account to be closed and refunded last week it still hasn t been done The game configuration panel is terrible and makes it nearly impossible to setup a game properly

Servers are below even subpar

TRULY TERRIBLE experience I returned a few months ago the owner is a real piece of work I had an SE server running 80 mods and GTXGaming s High End servers COULD NOT run my mods server for more than 24 hours I moved to ServerBlend had no issues now I run 2 MC servers and a Space Engineers server also the owner is a creepy stalker who spent over a month stalking me if there was a way to post the screenshots on this review I would but I cannot just understand THIS is the worst company you will EVER deal with servers are dying subpar the staff have less than 9 clue what they are doing and the owner is So rich he could make you disappear if he wanted according to him

They don t deserve this single rating but i need to give something Worst support ever Worst server setup and update system ever After i try 5 different company before this one i can say this one is worst Avoid it

Instant set up means It errors as it sets up and you wait a VERY long time for help because they don t have 24-hour support If you re in the UK you might be okay but the people in the US forget it You are the last priority

Control panel is aweful dated and doesnt represent server status

Control panel is awefulAs you cant reply to a reply I will update my answer I advised your networking engineers of the technical issues involved with the panel to be told Well its up to date as a result i have now gone with AWS as they offer more control

Bad communication server issues wasn t

Bad communication server issues wasn t resolved request for refund not acknowledged over 24 hours wont use again Refund was finally received after 10 days and numerous ticket replies I was asked to remove review to get refund and my attitude was even questioned very unprofessional all round experience

Cannot deliver enough performance

We had 30 mods on a server with 60 slots with 15 people in the server tick rate was below 30fps It s not capable to get close to 60 people we paid for while still being playable They will also throttle performance even if you pay the extra for so called priority Honestly get a dedicated machine and omega manager UPDATE turns out they want to try buy a positive review NEWUPATE GTXGAMING have tried to make a claim that my review is not genuine I ve sent the invoice as proof to trust pilot as requested Lowering the review for this see you next tuesday behaviour

Bad support and scummy behaviour from them they flagged my review after four years saying it was false but guess what I found my invoice number and paid through Google so they can t deny it now stay away because their star rating is utterly false Invoice 16124 paid using google checkout on the 21st may 2012
