Support horrible

Have been with you for a while now customer service have been near useless still haven t fixed my issue I ve contemplated switching due to this However servers are good and I get little to no lag or latency issues

So I have been a client for about a year now and for about the first four months GTXGaming was your typical game host good prices good servers and fair customer support Then my friends and I decided to move on to different games so we said goodbye About three months later we decided we missed playing 7 Days To Die and I remembered GTXGaming was fairly decent so we ordered a new server That was almost four months ago now and it has been a very bumpy ride but thanks to Matt my server seems to be running much better my friends are happy we can all enjoy the game together and I am happy because I finally feel like I am getting the service we pay for

If you like to wait use this host

Now i have bought a server and i had some problems and made some tickets Now months has passed and they havent replied I asked for a refund and they sayd they ll give it But havent and thats months ago I would say Dont use this host unless you have alot of money to waste Update 10 09 2016 I had completely forgotten about this as this was made multiple years ago Since this account is connected to an old email of mine I had not seen any responses I d like to inform anyone that this review was made many years ago and even though I do not use GTXGaming anymore I am sure they have improved

Great Service

I can say that I had great customer service They where quick and eager to help resolve my issues They where very professional and respectful Despite having some setup issues they worked very hard to help and resolve the issues I had Sometimes being patient is the key to getting problems solved which I m glad they did not give up and fixed the issues GTX Thanks for helping me DEdit Ending up leaving due to the issues with updating mods and the panel conflicting with ftp I ended up walking away from the sheer frustration of keeping the server up to date I will let my friends manage for now

After using GTX for well over a year I had to write this review Everything starts off great then performance slowly decreases over time they put me on an over utilised machine support unhelpful and some of the staff rude Avoid if you value good service EDIT - after I wrote this review I was offered a financial incentive to remove my review which I politely declined and reported to trustpilot EDIT - I spoke to CEO at some length who did show empathy and was pretty good about things I have upped my score based on this but i can t ignore all of the above unfortunately

Some times even simpe things just cant work

Have been problems with server all the time system reliability have been bad lately system and machine failures Have been running A3 Exile server 2-3 years Server system get stuck all the time need reboot so that everything works again schedules and connections Too much work for simple Positive side is active support

Issue resolved

After writing my last review Matt Griffin reached out to me and resolved the issue by offering me monetary compensation I m sure the service is great however during my past encounter I felt the customer service by other members of GTX was not the best until Matt Griffin ironed out the issues

I order the most nearest server and i experience when i am ALONE 110 ping And for no reason mods dont install on my server I must enter whit ftp and clone a offline generated world The control planet still have some issue but its aceptable The good reason is the tecnical supports is good and fast this change my mind from my first experience

Tech Support at times can be average

Tech Support at times can be average Being a 30 year old gamer it is frustrating to be treated as if I am a 13 year old child when it comes to resolving issues I have experienced several occasions where my support tickets have been met with the standard RTFM response Read the F Manual As if to assume I have not done so Only to have Tech support later apologize for not reading my email before firing off a quick response

I moved to GTX gaming servers for Rust

I moved to GTX gaming servers for Rust from streamline servers Just to see how different in performances servers are From the outset running a vanilla 50 slot server just having 4 or 5 players on The lag spikes are horrendous I expect this much lag spikes on 200 servers full But not on a 50 slot server with just a handful of players Considering moving back to streamline servers At least the lag wasn t an issue with streamline
