First time ordering from Hanna
First time ordering from Hanna Andersson and shipment received was missing half the items Customer service is non-existent couldn t get anyone over the phone and emails are not answered I filed dispute with my credit card for the missing items billed and will certainly file a complaint with the BBB Please avoid shopping there to save yourself from aggravation

If I could do no stars I would This is the most annoying website on the internet I unsubscribed in mid-December and am STILL getting pelted by HA emails 3-4 times a DAY SO ANNOYING And I won t ever buy anything from this site which doesn t care about its customers - or future customers

Borderfree failed to deliver to Australia apparently my problem not Hannas
Attempted online shopping from Australia using Hanna Andersson s Borderfree service The details promised ie delivery ETA at checkout tracking service are not provided After waiting weeks for our delivery they finally said it was undeliverable no problems at my end and had been returned to the US but that they could not resend it Items now sold out online in the sizes we wanted so a very disappointed 5 year old girl Customer service was slack to say the least No explanations offered just don t know we can t and inferred too bad For a business that tries to present as a premium offering it was very poor form Try Polarn o Pyret instead - their customer service team go above and beyond for us

My boys grew up wearing these clothes which were of fine quality I was going to order some things for my grandson s 4th birthday but after reading the reviews which were 85 bad I will not consider placing an order Thanks to all of the customers who took the time to share your experiences with the unsuspecting public

Order never shipped
I placed an order 14 days ago They created the shipping label and still haven t handed the parcel over to fedex Their customer support claims they did but fedex has not received or scanned the it into their system Their customer support confirmed that Hanna Andersson has not handed it over to them I am coming up on the three week mark I will absolutely be filing a claim with my credit card company if it comes to it

Terrible quality
I was given some onesie PJ s from this company when my oldest was a baby and they seemed like good quality So I decided to order some things for my girls for the summer Two of the dresses I bought came apart the FIRST time I washed them I have a top loading washer no agitator One of them I need to spend money on to take to the tailor and repair because the hem came undone The other one has visible pulls and loose threads Here I was thinking I was spending a little more for some quality clothing actually I spent more on worse quality I emailed their customer service with a photo but got zero response Never again

Waiting 30 minutes on line 2 times to speak with Customer Service Rep regarding my order from October 7 that has not shipped no response also emailed them 2 times no response Finally called one of there retail brick front stores at Mall finally had a sales person that got a hold of them and said they are working on it and trying to expedite shipping Well stay tune lets see if I get it This will be my last purchase with this company

After 6-8 months of ongoing CS issues cancelled items without notification tremendous ship times etc the straw that broke the camels back was how hideous the clothing has become It looks like garanimals from Walmart I m done Hanna I am breaking up if definitely you not me I ll buy from Garnet Hill and Mini Boden The new management team at HA needs to be canned

Worst customer service I ve EVER seen
Worst customer service I ve EVER seen I placed an order in October for family Christmas photos and still have not received them 6 weeks later I ve been trying to contact Hanna Andersson to figure out what happened to the order and it s been the most ridiculous experience For the past 6 days I ve been calling 20-40 times per day and still have not gotten an answer most recently the phone line seems to be fully down so you can t even dial in I ve left 3 voicemails and sent numerous emails I will never do this again

These are not hand me down quality like they claim They feel thicker than old navy but no better quality Super disappointed I was hoping for some amazing jammies to provide comfort for this crazy time Unfortunately we are left with some scratchy overpriced jammies Colors are true to what I online Quality is not I m super disappointed I know that isnt how I would want people to feel about my brand disappointed
