I liked the competitive quote but communication via the log in or email was non existent I was away on holiday and panicking because I knew I was low and found that although the log in said still processing I had in fact had a delivery 5 days earlier No emails at all 05 01 2025

Paid extra to not be delivered on dates required

Ordered on the 11th January for a delivery on or before the 17th January paying extra to make sure it arrived within these dates delivery didn t arrive until the 21st January

Good price but Paid extra for delivery within a week - didn t happen Got in touch via website the response turned out to be from their parent company yeah sorry we don t really know who those guys are so can t pass on your concerns I asked about the refund of my premium for the failed quick delivery again sorry can t help you Wasn t gonna whinge but trustpilot invited honest opinion

Very disappointed with service Oil was supposed to be delivered within 5 days on or before Jan 20th 2025 Sent message on their messaging system on 21st as no oil delivered and I could not find a phone number on their site to call directly and still waiting for a response even though the site states I should get a reply within 2 working days Oil finally delivered on 23rd with no apologies or notification Would have expected a reduction on bill as a later delivery is cheaper This is the first time I have used heating oil co uk and I won t be recommending them to anyone who asks me for a good supplier of heating oil

The oil arrived later than expected Although I was anticipating an email notification as to which day it would be delivered I didn t receive one The price is good which is why I chose Heating Oil Because if this I will order from them again but will expect the delivery to arrive later than advertised

Two issues everything else good Ordered 08 10 2024 delivered 22 10 2024 The only downsides I had was waiting two weeks but I did not pay extra for a timed delivery Second downside was that there was not any communication even though I was told I would get tracking information
