They never phone or send a text to advise an eta of delivery Not very nice when the driver rings at 0730 hrs to advise that he is outside attempting to make the delivery I am retired so no need to be up at 0600 hrs every morning This is not the first time other wise a very good company to deal with

Oil has arrived hoorah

Now two weeks since I ordered which was the upper end of the suggested delivery date Checking the order it s still showing PROCESSING no updates so far so I wouldn t use these if you suffer from fuel shortage anxiety I can confirm the oil arrived yesterday 15th taking into account the holiday periods I can accept this came within 14 working days so thanks the website needs addressing though it s pointless showing PROCESSING throughout the process Customers need confirmation that the order is proceeding and a potential delivery date given otherwise I m sure customers will continue to complain due to anxiety over their oil levels dropping while they wait

Oil did not arrive when expected and our order did not show on our account

We ordered our oil on 30th November and were given a time line of delivery by Friday 13th December It did not arrive as promised When I looked on the website under the order number given our order did not show up at all I struggled to find a phone contact number to be eventually told the oil would be delivered Monday 16th 3 days later than your given timescale

Communications needs urgent improvement

I ordered heating oil on 10th December to be delivered on or before 24th December The oil was delivered on 18th December so that was ok but I was promised an email the evening prior to delivery still waiting As it happens I was at home when the delivery driver arrived just as well because the tank was locked The driver was very pleasant and efficient
