Great service fast no fuss delivery

I ordered 500 litres on 11th January for an estimated delivery around the 22nd The oil arrived yesterday The driver followed my directions to the letter He didn t knock on the door just made his way to the tank filled it and left the delivery note through the letterbox Brilliant service yet again I have never had any trouble ordering from these guys They are reliable and provide an A service plus they are consistently the cheapest place to buy heating oil from Keep up the excellent service guys

Ordered oil on the 10th Jan and didn t mind waiting as thought I had oil left so chose date around 24th Jan I was wrong literally 10min after ordering I ran out of oil I was panicking as I have a disabled daughter and it was the beginning of Jan and cold I emailed customer service explaining everything I couldn t find a number for the company they dont have a number and when read reviews they said the company was bad at getting back to you communication was poor That same day I had a phone call from a lovely lady saying they could deliver oil to me on the Mon 13th the earliest they could do how sorry she was I was delighted Many may have experienced poor customer service but I certainly found it a different experience Oil delivered early Mon
