Oil received no issues with delivery apart from the fact we specified essential to call ahead and the tanker just turned up luckily we were open Found it odd to not receive an order number or any delivery date estimates updates from Heatingoil co uk and no invoice I have been asking for an invoice for over a month now they have not responded to my many emails or social media messages Have called 3 times assured I would be emailed an invoice immediately still nothing All just a bit odd unprofessional and not very reassuring will not be using again

I didn t receive a message telling me that the oil was going to be delivered Consequently I hadn t opened my gate or moved things to allow the driver access He seemed very grumpy about the fact that the tank was a long way down the garden He said the f word whilst in the garden which I heard from inside my house I don t appreciate this language in front of my children or my elderly mother

Express delivery delayed without warning by 5 days No tracking information sent at all Uncontactable I had to call Certas energy to speak to someone about this company Complaint in progress Oil eventually arrived hence 2 stars

I paid priority and you didn t deliver on the day advised No correspondence at all You didn t answer any of my messages leaving me not knowing when to expect delivery I had no notification when you did deliver 3 days late Due to the above I will not use you again as can t trust your service Please get some customer service in place to update customers

Initially It looked a competitive price Not so sure I agree now I don t usually go through brokers but wanted to try it out Not impressed no communication or a call as per instructions on delivery time and date Apparently the company who delivered the fuel Certas Energy are usually good but the information instructions were not passed on Not returning in the future Some advice Improve your service or you will loose clients

We ordered for the first time from heatingoil co uk The webpage stated if we have special requests like a baby tanker we should write this in the comments What we did We got a confirmation and a delivery window I followed up 10 days later as I had a bad feeling and asked if they please can confirm the baby tanker as requested The answer was that the comments in the system doesn t automatically transfer to the booking system Therefore no baby tanker and our delivery was postponed by another 10 days I referred to the instructions on their webpage that clearly stated that those instructions had to be provided there and that another 10 days is not really acceptable No apologies nothing Not even a further reply The oil hasn t been delivered yet Very poor customer service

I ordered oil for delivery on or before 29 11 2024 I called on 28th to check that it was being delivered the following day as I hadn t heard anything The representative advised that it would be delivered between 10 30 and 11 30 or similar can t remember the exact timing quoted a drivers name reassured me it was fine I didn t receive a delivery slip on 29th which I thought was odd as I always do from past deliveries but assumed it must have been delivered as I was told it would be Fast forward to 4th December I finally received a delivery slip confirming delivery had been made on 4th I had no prior communication to explain the delivery was late or it hadn t been made when it should have been Thankfully we hadn t run out of oil in the meantime I get it that sometimes things happen that mean a delivery can t take place at an expected time but this needs to be communicated to a customer as soon as the company is aware

Very poor communication it took around 6 messages before I got a response I had to telephone Certas for a response Bad website for actions also could not see any news of the whereabouts of oil delivery Very lucky to get two stars

This is the first time I used this supplier and in the 20 days since I placed my order and they took my money I ve heard nothing from them We are now 2 days past the expected delivery date and no oil has arrived yet In future I will use Boilerjuice NRG or Fueltool who in my experience are more communicative and very often deliver ahead of schedule

Delivered later than the guaranteed delivery before date No communication about when the oil would be delivered I had to chase them to find out Then they missed the first delivery date a tanker broke down All I then got was we will book for when a tanker is next in your area No date timeframe 2 days later I again had to ring them out for delivery today was the response this time thankfully it arrived Very poor Comms from the company
