Very helpful when crack found in our tank by oil delivery driver Also recommended excellent oil hwating engineers to replace tank Held oil delivery and finalky refunded oil costs because delivery coyld not be made Helpful staff at all timrs Well done

Delivered 5 days after date on order said it would be there I sent a message on the day it was supposed to be delivered no reply recieved So my wife rang and the following Friday was agreed a week late It did turn up

Incredibly poor customer service

The price was comparably good The service was terrible No confirmation of delivery date Called certas - who this really is - as they don t have phone numbers on the website couldn t confirm any delivery dates Then emailed a week later they didn t even bother to reply So still no understanding for delivery dates Then just delivered without knowledge A big player in an unregulated industry with incredibly poor service The only thing positive was the relatively good price but even that is more than it should be
