If i could give 0 star i would Contractors damaged my property Cant get hold pf someone to fix Hey broadband keep giving us false promises Customer service are rude 7 weeks and damaged proprty and no responses Yes hey broadband your reply is pointless as i have been in contact with your team and noone follows up Installation was poor on both occasions and damage is now done to my property The generic reply is inadequate and quite insulting

Hey Broadband Still no Broadband Follow up to Mondays abortive visit Dear Customer Support I am writing to express my frustration regarding the lack of communication on my current service ticket Despite calling to provide an update including my email address and mobile number at 11 00 today I have yet to receive any update from your engineer either by phone or email I have remained at home today specifically to facilitate this work following Monday s abortive visit Could you kindly provide me with the current status of the ticket as a matter of urgency I look forward to your prompt response No response - phoned for the 3rd time and was told that no one knows what is going on and no update could be provided as there are no direct comms between HB and their installation contractors Should I write off the rest of my day in the vain hope someone may turn up at my own cost If no one turns up in the generous 4hr window do you make it into the 12 - 4pm window Or do you just fall into the next days appointments Turns out - no one at HB can confirm that either This is soooooo boring

Hey Broadband No Broadband The installation team arrived on 03 10 24 and completed the setup without any issues For 17 days everything worked fine Then on 20 10 24 the Wi-Fi dropped out I called customer support and raised a ticket I was told engineers would be available on Monday but because we re new customers it would have to be handled by the installation team who couldn t come until Tuesday despite the fact that we work from home We were given an 08 00-12 00 time slot My partner informed them she has to drop off our child at school at 9 00 but there was no effort to coordinate or communicate Instead we got a note saying they couldn t complete the fix because no one was home Now the next available appointment is Thursday We should have stayed with Sky - Currently reviewing the situation

Worse company I ve been with

So where do I start poor engineering installments and very poor customer service On installments day I was at work with the wife at home the wife called me to decide where we want the Internet installed I said where I wanted it and the engineer said it was impossible far from impossible he was just being lazy and cba to tac the fiber and done the quickest job possible I spoke to him on the phone and told me I need it high up the wall as possible so my 1 year old daughter wouldn t damage the wires and more importantly hurt herself on live wires Didn t listen to me and installed it a foot off the floor So the wife rang up that night to then be told there be in contact with me within 2-3 working days 3 days go by no one contacts me we then call again and said il get a phone call next day I don t So I then ring and tell them this isn t acceptable and needs moving to a safe place then they come to me saying it s a 60 pound charge I explained to them I m not paying 60 pounds for a job that wasn t done properly and unsafe for my daughter Not even the manager wanted to help I then basically was told we will ring you tomorrow and escalate the situation basically being fobbed off not to mention I was not even 4 days in from installation and had an outage if I could give 0 star I would 0 effort in installation and 0 customer service

Terrible terrible customer service I ve left voicemails emails tried several times to call and had no response when my issue was apparently escalated Avoid

These people are liars

Well where to start If I could give 0 stars I would Installed on the Monday in heavy rainstorm cabling leaving the house left uncovered What a surprise the next day when the internet wasn t working I phoned up and requested an engineer only to be told they would come between 12-4 on Friday 4 45 rolls round and the engineer finally arrived and could barely communicate in English what the issue was Shortly after back up in the form of the installing engineer arrived and the two spent well over an hour outside in the junction box down the road fixing the issue They confirmed the wiring had been damaged within the junction box by another engineer The whole duration of the visit engineer one had plugged his personal mobile into our electric to charge Imagine our surprise when we are notified of a 60 charge stating we had damaged a cable within the property This is not the case simply untrue The engineer had confirmed to us the issue was in the junction box and not within the home Customer services as they laughably call themselves are arguing to the hills that we have damaged equipment despite it being in place less than 24 hours and without any proof We were sold this package by a door to door salesman on the premises of a good deal All we have experienced so far is rubbish service and even worse customer services You will be receiving no money from us and rest assured we will tell everyone we come across to avoid this company like the plague Abysmal

Unreliable broadband No response from customer service after fault ticket raised due to smart Wifi went down twice in a month I work from home most days and need stable internet HeyBroadband has been a terrible experience since installation which incidentally they cut through existing providers Fiber connection If you are looking for reliable internet stay well away

Do not use this company if you are moving

Do not use this company if you are looking to move house Had mega issues as moved to a new county where Hey did not operate they charged me a penalty fee for leaving my contract early which I was happy to pay Experienced issues in paying on their payment link which I emailed them about in July to which I received no response They then sent my debt to a debtors company which I paid in full plus interest in August They have now sent me a further invoice when I ve already paid my debts off are ruining my credit score in the meantime Feel very angry about the awful experience I ve had to endure

Incorrect bill

I haven t had a response from either the billing team or the contract renewals team in 2 weeks of emailing I should have switched over to a new contract at the end of September and was billed incorrectly for October Yes the customer service team responded quickly but the departments that matter don t seem to care about customer service

Terrible installation experience

I booked to have installation between 8am and 12pm yesterday I had received many reminder emails about installation date and time I Did not receive any notifications all morning then at 11 50 got a call from the F W networks engineer saying they won t be able to make it until later in the afternoon or the next day I said I could not have it installed the next day I asked what time in the afternoon I was told between 3 and 4 so I said ok Around 10 minutes past 4 got a call to say they would be there in 15 mins They turned up at 4 30pm inspected the property and drilled a hole in the outside wall then said they need to go and get cable and they d be back around 6pm I waited to eat but gave up around 7 15 and thought that they weren t going to turn up Then around 7 50 the engineers turned up at first I did not want them to continue as it was late He said it would take 45mins so I agreed They didn t finish till 9 30 It was a waste of a whole day I had plenty of other things to do but had to wait in for the installation I waited from 8 in the morning and they didn t finish till 9 30pm That s over 12hrs They charge us if we re not at home They should pay me for a waste of a whole day I was totally frustrated with the installation
