Our broadband hasn t worked for 3 days

Our broadband hasn t worked for 3 days been on phone twice not impressed with customer service firstly it was there end engineers were fixing problem now it seems they need to access our property but can t do that for another 5 days quite frankly I m disappointed with the whole service I will definitely be looking for new supplier

Terrible company from start and still

Highly unreliable and infuriating Our wifi consistently drops or says it s connected but there s no internet Really regret our choice

Stay away from this unethical

Stay away from this unethical company Call centres in South Africa - rude and unprofessional - all they do is raise tickets and tell you to wait 48 hours Managers dont want to talk and engineers are rude and aggressive and I asked them to get off my premises

I have no Internet Again

I ve been with hey broadband for 3 months and have been without Internet for two big chunks of time The first was almost a week The second is now It is impossible to speak to an engineer to find out what the issue is and when it will be resolved If you have some kind of magic luck and speak to an engineer which is only possible if you have to holding patience of a saint they will tell you nothing Deeply disappointed by this service and wouldn t recommend it to anyone Notice all of the 5 star reviews are talking about installation

Guranteed outagesDon t be fooled by the speed they re offering They have the most unreliable and unstable line I ve experienced three outage lasting more than 3-4 days each time over the last 3 months There s been nearly 10 outages since I had it

DO NOT USE We had and outage for 2 days which I reported with no updates Chasing and chasing and nothing happening They kept promising to fix but didn t Waited 20 minutes to talk to someone etc etc I decided to terminate contact and now that want to charge 700 for a none existent service Nightmare
