Ultimate comfort
I have 2 Himolla Mosels at home and have yet to find any other chair to rival the support and comfort these chairs offer My wife who was involved in a bad car accident has now been able to get some pain relief when she sits in hers at night To be completely transparent I am also a Himolla stockist and have been selling their products for nearly 10 years I feel the spate of negative reviews being left on this site don t reflect the large number of satisfied clients out there including myself Himolla have had some issues and the service has not been to their usual high standard Only recently they have suffered a major cyber attack staff shortages and ultimately the Brexit nonsense every European manufacturer is trying to fathom out which has made getting spare parts over to the UK insanely difficult No manufacturer is perfect but from our experience personally and commercially they are still one of the finest suppliers in the world

This is an updated review on Himolla furniture
Earlier this month I posted a bad review about customer service on a sofa we bought which has broken twice We could get no help from the place we bought it After writing the review on this site Himolla actually contacted the place we bought it and made them fix it in time for our guests to arrive later in the week The company drove 120 miles picked up our sofa took it back fixed it and returned it within 3 days I have to say after everything we went through Himolla seems to have excellent customer service It was the actual store we bought it from that was lacking I would now buy Himolla furniture again after what they did for us I am so happy with my blue leather sofa It is beautiful and now it works

Buyer Beware No 3
Next instalment I have still not had my Sofa and chair repaired as of this date Hatters supplied a loan sofa while they were supposed to repair mine with new sponge bases supplied to them by Himolla 21 04 23 But after 4 weeks that Hatters have had my goods they say the have still not had the new sponge from Himolla so they have had to return my units while we wait for them to receive the sponge Below is Himolla s last response to my complaint note dates Reply from himolla21 Apr 2023Dear Mr Hyman We are very sorry that you are dissatisfied with your himolla products We will deliver the new seat foams to your contract partner Hatters who will take care of the replacement We apologise for the inconvenience caused and wish you all the best Yours sincerely your himolla team from Bavaria BUYERS OF HIMOLLA FURNITURE BEWARE

Himolla Mosel suite Buyers Beware Part 2 We eventually had a company come out to inspect our faulty chair and sofa From Hatters not Himolla The man agreed that the seat bases had collapsed and would require rectifying I told him to report to Hatters that I want a full refund as I have lost confidence In it I have cut and pasted the reply from Himolla so readers can have a laugh at there reply We have already checked this concern and came to the following decision As the furniture includes the softest foam we have it is not a justified claim and is a normal process that it feels a bit softer as well as adapts to the way it is used after a period of time Please keep also in mind that the customer does not use every seat the same number of times and the chair is not comparable with the sofa as it is a bit more compact and have less springs This issue can come again after a certain time of using too as this is a normal processing when the customer has a favourite seat-place Thankfully Hatters has agreed to repair the Sofa and chair at there expense as Himolla don t want to know So much for the Himolla 5 year guarantee
