RB COLLECTION refusing refund saying my money is lost and claim from my insurance company
I booked with this company also known as RB collection When I booked I was assured that if the holiday as cancelled I would receive a full refund QUESS WHAT I have requested a refund and they have refused and send me a bill even though I paid in full to give to my insurance company I received an email from the director stating they hadn t refused me a refund SO WHERE is it He attempted to pass the buck stating my contract was with another dodgy company SUNVIL What a slim ball They sent my booking confirmation with an ATOL certificate in the name RB COLLECTION and I paid them A appalling attempt to dupe me I hate being lied to and in particular when we are talking 4000 Do you really want to run the risk of doing business with these On a very personal note the money for this holiday came from compensation received for childhood abuse when in care They have stolen some of that from me That makes them as bad as those child abusers All they are interested in is me rebooking for later in the year thus keeping my cash in these difficult times they re only priority is them not you the customer Please listen to my warning and DONT spend you hard earned cash with a company that are at best fraudulent paperwork for insurance claim immoral and outrageous ICEHOTEL are part of the same group as RB COLLECTION

Warning to Travelers and Families We recently had a deeply disappointing experience with IC Hotel green palace in Antalya and the booking site Opodo We booked our stay through Opodo from Europe but when we arrived we were denied entry simply because we were Iranian This left us stranded with two young children forcing us to stay outside for an entire day Eventually we had to book another hotel of lower quality at a higher price just to have a place to stay To make matters worse neither IC Hotel nor Opodo is taking responsibility Both companies are passing the blame back and forth refusing to help or refund our money This level of discrimination neglect and lack of accountability towards customers is incredibly disappointing If you re considering booking with these companies please be cautious No family should have to endure such a negative experience
