After a frustrating call with my
After a frustrating call with my current internet provider Viastat whom I ve been with since 2008 I was told that I couldn t keep my current package at my new address and was told that I have to remove the transceiver from the satellite dish arm or be billed 300 Plus I would have to sign a new contract for 24 months at a 40 a month increase I hung up to look at other options I was so glad I did InMyArea com gave me options in my new address for not only internet service but TV service as well I called and spoke to a wonderful woman named Rachel Rachel was so pleasant and upbeat it was easy to forget about Viastat She signed me up with Spectrum for both internet and TV at the monthly cost of my TV service bill with DirectV I m so excited to leave behind Satellite of any kind because the service is sketchy at best Cable will be much faster and more reliable in bad weather All that and a savings to boot DirectV costs 88 97 monthly and Viastat 60 93 monthly I say goodbye to both Can t wait to get my new service with Spectrum Laura J Mead
