So disappointing order canceled 1 day before delivery

So disappointing My order canceled 1 day before delivery I really have a tight schedule i ordered these flowers waaaaay in advance probably 2 weeks before delivery date This was for a birthday gift and then i just called and wanted to check up on my order because it was ment to be send to a hotel and i was worried they might not be able to find the person in the hotel and i wanted to tell them to check the roomnumber On the phone the guy tells me that was order was canceled at midnight and that i should have gotten an email I did not get a cancelation email Rude disappointing frustrating So now I am busy making birthdayflower delivery for the same day somehow Awful Wont be buying from them ever again

Embarrassing bouquet worse customer service

The bouquet that was delivered was dull and stringy A far cry from what was advertised I d like to be able to leave photos as proof Happy to supply to anyone interested Danny at customer services felt it was acceptable but there is no way anyone would send that cheap bunch of leaves as an apology never mind a special occasion I ve never been embarrassed by a bouquet I ve sent in my life til now It was so laughably far from what was advertised I ll never use interflora again

We got the flowers delivered this day last week and already everything apart from two Lilys are dead I had spent a lot of money on this for my mothers birthday the water has been changed everyday and for them to not even last a week being disappointed is an understatement I will not be buying from here again

Definitely Not worth the money ordered flowers online on 22 May for

I ordered flowers online on 22 May for delivery on 24 May for my sister s BIG birthday but she did not receive the delivery until late evening on 25 May which was a Saturday and also the quality of the flowers was very poor The bouquet cost me 92 Also my friend phoned a florist direct and sent my sister a HUGE bouquet that cost her 35 so I will have to have a rethink about sending flowers by Interflora in the future

What an absolute shambles this company

What an absolute shambles this company is they emailed me to say my flowers were delivered to my sick mum only for me to ring her 3 hrs later asking had they and they weren t Surprise spoiled No contact number to contact them only a text message centre which takes ages to get through to When the flowers were eventually delivered I was totally embarrassed they were half dead and looked like a bush I will never use them again I have since been offered a full refund from imterflora which was a nice gesture and is much appreciated which should not go unmentioned thank you Sophie

An absolute disgrace what was sent out for my Friends Birthday Looked nothing like what I ordered I would do a better job myself than whoever put it together they really either need to go to Specsavers or else find another profession I emailed Interflora after seeing what was sent and 5 days later still no reply I wonder why Terrible customer service Last time I will use this pathetic service

Hi The flowers delivered as a 70th birthday gift where lymph and look terrible It was completely embarrassing when I saw what was actually delivered when face timing the recipient The florist must of been having a very bad day I will never use your service again Next time I will send chocolates

Sent E mail explaining no flowers and chocolates arrived Sat b 4 Mother s day Gave order number etc Did get E mail Sat morning confirming delivery would be that day thinking all was well No one has reached out and explained what happened apologised or offered a refund This is alot of money and I am very very annoyed It s been a week

Very disappointed in the flowers I requested pastel bunch that you had on your website Got completely different arrangement for the money I could have picked a nicer bunch in Lidl a third of the price I spent over 70 total disappointment will not be using again I would expect something fabulous for 70

I understand that flowers won t be exactly as shown in the picture on the web but I expected them to have a passing acquaintance Sadly not The description said bright The flowers were not bright In the pic on the web there was no cheap fern I showed pics of both flowers to friends Nine could believe it The bouquet delivered was to quote one friend stuffed full of cheap padding I am simply relieved the recipient did not see the photo on the website
