Very late delivery and no acknowledgement

Flowers ordered for delivery before Christmas in Italy failed to arrive till Dec 27th Christmas table decoration Same day delivery supposedly should have arrived 2 days before Xmas Some delay as recipient phone number needed which was immediately forwarded Interflora promised to let me know when the flowers were delivered I m still waiting for that acknowledgement UPDATE funnily enough I received an update today 3 1 23 about 12 hours after posting the review Confirmed delivery on 27 12 22

Disappointed

The bouquet purchased was a bright bouquet however what we received were light pinks and purples pastel colours not vibrant like the image on the website and also the amount of flowers in the bouquet for 65 was poor They were a special gift was was left disappointed by it I could have got the same for cheaper in a supermarket

Very disappointing

The order process and selection available on the website was very good Ordered for mothers day and got a time slot and chose a bouquet that I wanted without issue The ordering process is very simple and I ve given an extra star for that The flowers that arrived were shocking I wouldn t have paid 10 for them in a supermarket let alone the 80 I did pay There was about 15 stems total most of which were greenery Not at all the colour scheme or actual flowers that were shown in the pictures of the bouquet I ordered The single rose was already very wilted They last 3 days before they were fit for the bin I don t know was it because of the holiday but I was extremely disappointed and would not order again

Delivered to the wrong address

The flowers were delivered to the wrong address placed outside behind a gate no phone call or notification was made also it was delivered a day prior to the date suggested A local neighbour passing noticed a large box in laneway of the uninhabited house where the flowers were delivered and called me to say where they were She read my number off the box Disappointing service

Handcrafted Pastel Gift Box

The flowers that arrived were nothing like the picture on the website They were much smaller slightly dull and the pastel box that they came in was not what was on the website They also came wrapped in brown paper rather than pastel colours shown on the website

I was really disappointed and

I was really disappointed and embarrassed when I saw the bouquet I ordered for a family friends 60th wedding anniversary I thought other bouquets in the home were the ones I ordered at first but when mine was pointed out it looked as good as a bouquet I could have just bought for half the price at a petrol station The flowers looked wilted like they hadn t been in water It was full of baby s breath just to make up the bouquet and lacking in range colour and texture And it was not presented in a decorative box like the picture on the website Just a paper wrap I was really embarrassed and even apologised to the ladies of the house daughter I will be more than hesitant to use interflora again

Disappointed

Flowers were delivered on time but the bouquet was small for the money and in very bad condition there were only 2 lilies which were both half dead and the red of the arrangement was of poor quality I bought a much better bouquet two days later from Sainsburys for a sixth of the price I chose Inter flora as I have had good experiences in the past but will think twice next time

What I ordered and what was actually delivered were two very different things I ordered a bright mixed bouquet with pink purples and oranges for a 21 year old What was received was a long sheaf of yellow lilies and greenery tied in a yellow ribbon something I would have sent to my grandmother Very disappointed this time Interflora

Very Disappointed

I ordered what I thought would be a bright and cheerful box of flowers for Mothers Day What arrived consisted of aprox 6 flowers with twice as much green foilage I wasn t impressed on this occassion as usually I have been very pleased with Interflora I complained and they were very helpful and gave me a full refund but whatever florist they used this time should be removed from their supplier list

Flowers were lovely for about two days

Flowers were lovely for about two days then started to die and had to be thrown out on the third day After paying almost 80 for the delivery the least you would expect is that you would get done enjoyment from them Had the same issue the last time I sent flowers but thought it was a one off obviously not Will try a different company the next time
