5 stars from the moment I logged into Interflora site to arrange delivery of flowers on the same day Wonderful choices of arrangements easy to follow instructions through each section from ordering to payment followed quickly with emails confirming order and tracking of delivery Well done Very happy with service and the flowers received on the other end were fabulous and brought great joy Thank you Interflora and all involved

Thank you Interflora recently bought a bouquet and as they were being delivered to a nursing home realised they probably didn t have a vase which I also acquired on-line together with a box of chocs and a card Awesome Not only were they delivered as promised but I was pleased and you brought some surprise and happiness to my Aunt I d say job well done

Fast and reliable I ordered a hat box style arrangement for a friends birthday at short notice as she had last minute travel plans It arrived promptly and looked even better than the suggested visual on the website all in a beautiful hat box packaging

Last time I ordered I was unhappy with the order as I had requested certain colours but when my mother in law got them there were none of the coulours i had requested and it wasnt a lovely full bunch In fairness you refunded me I decided to try you again My mother in law loved them and sent me a photo and they were beautiful with one of the coulours I had requested It was next day delivery and she received them at a lovely time of the morning

I needed to change my order and found it near impossible to get in touch with Interflora as it was out of hours and live chat was unavailable I located the local retailer and called they were most helpful and changed my order immediately The flowers were beautiful and the recipient was delighted with them
