Disappointed Embarrassed Never Again I ordered the flowers for my mother

I ordered the flowers for my mother when they were delivered she called me to say they looked old and gone past their display date My mother contacted the florist who delivered the flowers the owner was not helpful and told her to tell me she was not happy with the flowers The florist did not resolve the complaint or replace the flowers with fresh ones Malahide I believe My mother was so upset I was working and couldn t get through to interflora or the florist

Withered flowers delivered 5 days late

Order placed on 15 12 22 to be delivered on 22 12 22 for a birthday The flowers did not arrive until today 27 12 22 when a withered bunch of flowers arrived I tried to make contact by email on 22 12 22 but got no response there was no live-chat option available I eventually got a reply on Instagram the following day I am still awaiting a refund

Never again

I was completely embarrassed when I saw what was actually delivered to my mum for her birthday Instead a Large size 64 euro of a pretty pink and red roses and carnitions she got 3 pink roses leaves looking wilted not fesh at all and 3 carnations with big bunch of green leaves aorund to make the bunch bigger Really disappointed and embarrassing situation I will never use your service again

Interflora canceled the order last minute gave a really unprofessional image about this company They did do the full refund afterwards but sometimes time is more valuable than money

The most upsetting disappointing Mother s Day bouquet 75 for a bouquet that looked like something from a forecourt 2 wilted roses and some v cheap filler flowers No quality control Will NEVER order here again Waiting to hear back from customer service update Refund provided but I m still so annoyed by the appalling cheap bouquet

10th anniversary No flowers

10th anniversary and spent the extra on early delivery 8am-12pm as we were leaving for a getaway 12pm came still no flowers We arrived at the airport at 1pm we get a phone call saying he was at the house She saw the funny side but I cannot convey my disappointment and embarrassment apart from this one-star review One job you have just one job Interflora This happened in Mullingar so consider this a heads-up

Unreliable

Ordered flowers in June but just getting around to writing this review now Flowers were for next day delivery On the day of delivery Interflora called and immediately hung up after one ring and before I could answer then sent an email that they tried to call me as the local partner was unable to deliver my order No actual reason given for wasting my time and accepting an order they could not fulfil Obviously then it was not possible to get a replacement from a reliable company that day I don t recommend using Interfloras services Other options that Ive used before and are reliable are Flowers ieEflorist ie

Completely disappointed

I have a company account with Interflora and ordered flowers yesterday for a colleague The bunch of flowers I chose were beautiful and cost 62 What turned up looked like I picked them myself from someone s garden and wrapped a bit of paper around them No joke but there are only 3 flowers in the bouquet I ve emailed - but heard nothing back- I ve contacted the florist who made the arrangement but it is out of their hands A dismal delivery so I will be cancelling our account if they don t contact me

the order was placed based on the color choice of neutrals for UK pounds 80 - the bouquet received was not at all the same as whats shown on the website the flowers were to the minimum and the bouquet looks absolutely miserable I will never order from this site again As soon as I posted I received a call and an email from Interflora ie and I was given a full refund more than the refund I appreciated their promptness in addressing the issue thank you
