Very disappointed that upon selecting

Very disappointed that upon selecting pastel colours for the flowers I found out that some vivid red and bright yellow flowers were used While I thought the flowers were beautiful they weren t those that I would have chosen for the recipient While I understand the type of flowers change depending on the season the pastel colour flowers selected weren t delivered

Ordered flowers for my grandmother and they arrived on time and were beautiful but I paid extra for a Christmas cad to be sent with the flowers and they never put the message on the card It arrived blank wit no message leaving my grandmother wondering who sent them

I initially ordered the small bouquet

I initially ordered the small bouquet and delivery but unfortunately there was no delivery van which happens I went to collect these myself I had asked for the delivery charge to be added to the bouquet and I was dissatisfied at how small the bouquet was for 65 and also there was no presentation box like in the picture The flowers were lovely but just felt for the price it was extremely small

Flowers were delivered on time but disappointed with the bouquet it certainly wasn t close to the guide picture I know variations can and do occur but there wasn t enough effort put in Recipient was happy to get them but I can tell this person was underwhelmed Three stars

Underwhelming and loveless bouquet

Delivery was great and on time The note was in an envelope with a window like the ones you get from the bank A plain white piece of card placed in the bouquet would have looked so much better The bouquet itself was somewhat underwhelming to say the least and not worth the price which was relative to the blooms quite expensive Would make a personal order from a local flower shop in future

I order flowers for my friend in America I left a phone number for the delivery driver to ring incase they where out It was left with a neighbour instead and they do not get the flower untill the next day and it s only when I text my friend to ask that she had to ask the neighbour It would of been better if they had phone or left a delivered note in the post to said where the flowers are

The Recipient was away

The Recipient was away when delivered unknown to me flowers left in her porch so she rang me and I had to retrieve them and take them back to my home for safekeeping until her return 3 days later Also The arrangement did not resemble my choice glass vase instead of pink ceramic vase as shown in Brochure and in No way resembled the delicate pastels I had chosen so I was disappointed It was a nice arrangement but not what I had chosen

Product great delivery method disappointing

On the plus side they created a lovely bouquet which was delivered on the day requested On the minus side the delivery driver didn t walk up to the door and knock instead they left the flowers just inside the gate with nothing to indicate they had been delivered The flowers weren t seen until the next day when they were quite bedraggled following an overnight downpour Very disappointed as they were for a relative s 80th birthday and this person thought we d forgotten about her special day until she spotted what was left of the bouquet the following day

Pastel flowers

I had ordered birthday flowers for a friend I placed my order online and I chose a bouquet called Extra Special Handcrafted Gift Box I was asked to chose either brights pastels or surprise me and I selected pastels But when my friend received the flowers they were mainly yellow with some orange and some burgundy wine I just don t understand the point of giving the customer options when the bouquet that is delivered does not match the request I am also unsure if the bouquet was delivered in the Gift Box as advertised It was not in the picture my friend sent me of the bouquet and I did not want to ask her because it was her birthday and I didn t want to make a big issue The bouquet was 57 excluding delivery
