Good value

I ordered a Helixian medium plus suitcase The suitcase was fine but the TSA lock jammed on trying to set a combination IT Luggage responded quickly and after a few emails it was realised that the lock alone was not replaceable so another suitcase was sent The suitcase is quite good value and is nicely finished inside It wheels around very easily I m giving 4 stars and not 5 because I haven t had the chance to use it yet as I shall be going away shortly and can t comment on durability a particularly important aspect of any suitcase

I had a luggage that was under warranty

I had a luggage that was under warranty with IT and when there was a problem with it they instantly offered a replacement luggage which was much appreciated At first I was offered a small range of alternatives design wise but managed to get proposed a much wider range of options and found a luggage I was really happy with After selection I received it quickly at home and I m therefore really happy with the warranty service from IT luggage

I did get my damaged suitcase replaced

After using my new It suitcase on a holiday at first site it appeared to fare well but when I came to put it away I discovered a small tear in the back I followed the online advise and tried to return it to the shop they were having none of it and said it was wear and tear So I contacted It I sent photos and completed the forms On closer examination of the case under the lining I found a loose screw which could have contributed to the damage It agreed to replace the suitcase and offered me a choice of very unsuitable replacements I stuck to my guns and said as it was still under guarantee I was entitled to a like for like replacement It arrived 2 days later I have to say I found the customer care person who looked after me very good

Missing product

Just wanted to update my experience with it luggage As previously noted I had difficulty negotiating my way through the system when one of my deliveries got lost in transit The first two deliveries were perfect good quality cases The third delivery didn t come I found the procedure for a refund a bit cumbersome Received a refund very quickly having gone through it

Excellent warranty

I ve had wheels break on two cases now over the course of several years but the 10 year warranty and customer service that goes with it is second to none Hopefully the next warranty replacement case a different model this time will last longer as it is a pain when you re mid trip and can t wheel your case

Claim under Warranty

We needed to make a claim under their 10 year warranty Unfortunately they were unable to replace the wheels on our case as they were very nearly 10 years old and no longer available However once it was established that the wheels couldn t be replaced they quickly offered us a replacement case We had quite a few to choose from Once we had chosen the case arrived very quickly from their warehouse Customer Services did need to be chased up on a couple of occasions but were always helpful and friendly A good result

My case lost a wheel during my travels

My case lost a wheel during my travels and after contacting customer services with my issue they promptly sent a replacement wheel easy to complete the online form and a quick response from the team Thanks

Damaged case

I bought two cases earlier this year and following a recent trip one of the case wheels was broken After contacting Kristina in customer service and submitting evidence of the damage they arranged for the damaged case to be picked up and a week later a replacement case arrived Really pleased with how this was dealt with and would recommend IT luggage

Sad about failed product but Kristina the agent was brilliant

I was very sad that a cabin case which was part of a set of three of the same design and colour failed after one trip the telescopic handle went wonky Added to this the company couldnt replace with the same colour cabin case even though I only bought it in July 2023 HOWEVER the representative KRISTINA was excellent and always polite and very patient as I fussed about Kristina eased a sad situation I ended up with a pink case rather than pale blue Hey Ho

Bad start but all well in the end

Had great difficulty originally getting through to it luggage first Has it turned out you were having problems with their broadband supply to the offices When the realised how much trouble I had contacting them they decided to give me a replacement case rather than just the wheel I was needing for my old case How much appreciated that and there was delivered within two days
