Well to be honest I had forgotten I even had an account with Keycare I now know it automatically reviews with my car insurance each year - and yet its not mentioned It would be helpful constructive and good customer service to hear from Keycare each time it is renewed a thank you email or letter and remind me of our contract and what they can do to help I did need to call on them this year when I had gotten myself locked out of the car I was just told to get it sorted and then hand in my receipt for repayment However that wasnt all I had to do honestly I nearly gave up I had to send receipt twice I had to send a copy of bank statement showing that I had paid for new keys I had to prove that I was insured they wanted a copy of my log book etc Quite a few hoops to jump through too many I shall not renew next year
