Having lost my car and house keys I contacted AA Keycare who were very helpful My car key was replaced by a very polite AA person I was asked to have my house keys cut send the receipt and in a very short time the money was in my bank account

The advantage of having Keycare is the knowledge that your key will be replaced very quickly The Key on my Renault Megane is the credit card style having lost one Keycare offered me an OEM keycard from Renault and was replaced within 2 weeks so I now have my spare back The process was efficient and I was kept informed by Keycare all the way until the AA arrived to install the new card onto the ECU 10 10
