Think hard before asking for a contribution towards costs

I wish I d not asked about a part claim towards cost of key I subsequently said I d not continue it seemed go be a lot of trouble for 50 but was told that would be likely to invalidate any future claim The tone was rather abrupt However later call was with a very helpful member of your staff

The get the job done but not happy with the quality of work done

Keycare itself were fantastic and easy to deal with however the locksmith used I don t believe was up to standard Key was replaced with two keys one that opened and closed doors and one that started the car one key didn t do both things when initially it did before key cutting issues maybe also the keys where not programmed which I also wasn t happy about Overall job was done at least and I got home and had keys replaced but believe this should have been done better

Hi AA key care was very good and done the job in no time a tall but I had to wait 4 days for them to come out not a very quick service at all could not use my at all not good

Quality experience from trusted AA technician that took less than 20 minutes to code my new key to my car The only con being the fact that I had to wait the full 14 days for my new key to be ordered and had to get in touch for the process to be pushed along Happy with the process which was otherwise straightforward Thank you KeyCare

Took 15 days to respond to my situation but after that time everything was sorted out and New key supplied

Key was replaced and coded to car however it took ages luckily i found the spare

Take out a policy for protection yet still pay a substantial amount upfront given this climate not many have 550 to pay directly this was borrowed Isn t that why you pay installments every month

I keep getting emails about activating SmartFob when I have nothing whatsoever to to with the product I don t even know what it is or want to Thanks for the Trustpilot reply Donna I was unaware Bauer Media had enrolled me

Long wait

It s was good service but had to wait a long time to get the key sorted 2 weeks with no car but once done it was great
