The problem was that you could not cover my postcode area and I could not get a key cut locally or in Oban or Inverness and had to make 2 trips to Glasgow to get my key cut That was a lot of time and fuel wasted

more to complain their AA key fixer people they push you to get not original key they told it may take up tp 1 year to get original I phoned Range Rover Ipswich and they said original key you ll have it in 2 weeks come on it s 2023 we now you want us to get aftermarket key so it cost you 5

I later received the claimed amount All thank to the team I have sent all that was requested before the deadline of 14th December but yet to see any refund as started in the initial email

After breaking my key in the lock of the front door a locksmith cost 180 for a call out new barrel and keys All keycare would pay is 50 Given my premium was two thirds of that I m left very out of pocket The only stars they got were for settling the measly 50 promptly

Poor communication misleading information

It took 6 hours for you to get someone out to me and it was rain I m a 60 year old person me my self don t think this is a first glass service a person pays all year round and when it s needed you fail them big time

When the Keycare technician came to program a new key for my son s Lexus he connected his tablet to the cars OBD Diagnostic port to try and program the key but couldn t get it to work He called a colleague and in the end they had to clone the original key rather than program the new one directly from the car Whilst this wasn t a problem when I went to drive the car the next day the VSC Vehicle stability warning lights came on I contacted the AA again and they sent out another technician who tried to reset the VSC but was unable to do so I contacted the local Lexus dealer and they said this was a common occurrence if non Lexus diagnostic equipment is connected to the OBD port on this model Lexus I contacted Keycare again to tell them this but they were adamant the fault hadn t been caused by them and it must be a fault with the car and they were not willing to do anything further to help I then had to take the car to the Lexus dealer and they reset the VSC in 5 mins and confirmed there was no fault with the car

Could not understand that the car key comes is assembled in 2 parts and that it was the part with the manual ignition key had come off and lost not the whole key Although i had great respect gor the AA key fixer who csme and replaced the key smart efficient and nice thank you Aa

Key care got straight back to me but the company you use took soo long so I waited out my 48 hrs incase key was found called back on wed morning first thing which was day 3 then to be told they would have my car done before 1o clock that day waited and waited heard nothing so rang and they said they got held up on another job that it would be done first thing on the Friday mornin the nothing again til got a call at 3 o clock friday saying to meet them wer the car was which i did and the man said sorry ita not connecting so waited tol the following day which was Saturday and finally he had it done for me but now my new key he gave me only works by putting in the door lock and the electric button won t work with new key so a full week without a car and still not done properly

When I first completed the request I was told 1 set of info needed then days later they wanted other documents a lot of hassle for 50
