Explained the situation and received sound advice on ways to address the issue Rep was pleasant and helpful Received a follow up email with next steps and when I finally had to claim it was completed within 2 days and paid soon after

The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and made a stressful situation less so The claiming process was very straightforward and money was paid very quickly This is how insurance should work every time excellent

Everything was taken care of within a few days without me having to chase anything Fortunately I had a spare key so could move my car the next day and wait a few days to see whether the lost key was found before getting the new one It wasn t but a timely result though thanks
