Having issues with discomfort in left eye Had read reviews and thought I would give them a try Walked into their shop in Christchurch and was warmly greeted at the front desk Explained my problem and was given an appointment for two days later The optometrist and his techs and staff are so kind helpful and professional The whole exam was explained to me step by step my questions were answered and I am so happy that I chose this office and I do believe they have my best interest in resolving my vision issue You won t be disappointed

How refreshing to find a company who actually care about their customers Dan was friendly and professional when I asked if he could change the pads on my new Tiffany glasses which although I hadn t actually bought them there he was happy to do That s what I call great service

Margaret at Leighton s stag gates branch in Southampton was particularly helpful in having my father s hearing aids repaired There is always a warm welcome whether it is for hearing or sight problems

I had my annual eye test Andrew was amazing he listened was thorough in his testing explained everything in detail and made recommendations I felt very cared for The staff at Leighton s Wokingham are always excellent

The eye examination was carried out by Liny and June at the Poole branch of Leightons Liny s expertise is second to none and the experience was amazing and filled me with confidence The support offered by Dave Lewis and Molly in the front office was also excellent

Excellent service and friendly staff

My mother is 95 and has a hearing aid supplied by Leightons It had become clogged with wax so that she suddenly couldn t hear at all We came into Leightons and Jo cleaned and repaired the hearing aid so that my mother s hearing is now better than it has been for months Jo took great trouble and was so kind and friendly The kindness and excellent professional care we always receive gives me great confidence

I would recommend my local Leightons I have always had a good experience when I go to the shop There is a feeling of calm and comfortable seating to sit and wait if you are early Excellent information given by all the clinicians during testing Very attentive staff to help you with choosing your frames and excellent care with fitting and advising about frames The wonderful replacement of lenses into the frame you love You don t have to buy new frames every time you attend

I have been a client of Leightons for circa 5 years for both eye and ear care My recent visit was with Ormsby for a hearing aid assessment following the expiry of the warranty As always a very friendly caring and professional service I feel very fortunate that I can depend on Leightons Thank you
