I paid for a specific deficit report on a single part of the property following on from a question raised from a Level 2 structural issue In addition to the specific issue being examined the report also covered other areas of the property which hadn t been requested by myself which just gave me a much clearer picture of what I would be getting into once I go ahead with the purchase After the inspection I received a call outlining what they had found followed by the report around a week later Good service throughout

I contacted Leo Horsfield Surveying for a structural survey as our Level 2 Homebuyers survey through Halifax had come back with reports of structural movement The whole process was a breeze and from my initial contact through to receiving the report this afternoon was less than 7 days Once the inspection had been completed we received an email with confirmation of this The surveyor contacted me directly the following day to give me a brief overview which completely eased our minds Once the invoice was paid I was notified that we would receive the full report within 5 working days but we received it the following day which was a bonus as we didn t have to wait over the Easter Bank Holiday Considering we had no idea where to start with this whole process as First time buyers we have been exceptionally lucky to find Leo Horsfield as they have done exactly what we asked of them and made our lives easier through the process
