In my numerous purchases over the years of LNDR products I have always found the clothes to be high quality and long lasting Excellent products aside what takes LNDR above and beyond is their support team On the few occasions where I had a return or made an unusual request the LNDR team have responded quickly and efficiently I can purchase confidentiality knowing the quality is backed up with excellent service

I ve shopped with LNDR since their beginning - I ve both SB and Lulu gear and it s horses for courses - for me LNDR is for my hard squat proof no roll down no pull up options I m a pear shape and struggle getting things to fit on my butt and on my waist but these leggings are the best no adjustments ever be it 1Rebel Barry s Third Space or outdoor run Don t know how they make the lighter colours not come out in sweat patches but I am here for it - I get very sweaty but LNDR make me look at least not gross Returns are also super easy which is so important if not sure on style or fit although I find their online leggings guides are so helpful Please never stop making your clothes and never lower your standards SB I m looking at you

Excellent product and exceptional customer service Will buy again

Bought three items and they all came ahead of their estimated arrival time When I needed to return exchange two of them because I bought the wrong size the customer service was excellent The Chisel Light leggings are my new favorites - comfortable flattering high quality and an excellent fit I m short and usually need to roll up the bottoms but the 7 8 lands exactly where I want it to for a full-length legging for me haha

Customer service is beyond expectations This company stand by their product and their promises and go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied No need to doubt and hesitate before purchasing - if you are not happy they will help you out until you are I think it might be the best customer service I have experienced anywhere ever

Amazing customer service

I had tried to return a pair of leggings because a seam was frayed I m in the U S and don t have a DHL nearby So I dropped it off at USPS because USPS said they partner with DHL It soon became clear that USPS had lost my package I notified the LNDR customer service and they immediately authorized a replacement pair be sent to me This was such a relief I know that other companies would not have been so understanding and accommodating Thank you LNDR for having amazing customer service

Mazing Customer Service - purchased a pair of shorts and unfortunately after trying them on i didn t like the feel of the on me I decided to send a email asking if possible i could exchange for another pair I got a quick response back from Mia saying that they would be happy to help me My exchange was sorted in as little as a week Mia was amazing and fast with all her emails and i couldn t have asked for better customer service 10 10

A company who really do stand by their product

I love LNDR tights for their compression I have two pairs the Simplicity and Fatal Attraction The stitching around the crotch of my Simplicity tights recently unravelled after owning them a year I contacted LNDR as they are an expensive product LNDR were amazing responded quickly and sent me a voucher with which to replace the tights as they no longer make that design As a customer this is the service I want If I am buying an expensive product I expect them to last and to be looked after if they don t LNDR do all of that I ve replaced them with the Chisel which are awesome
