Klara from Lottie was very pleasant extremely helpful to me as I start a search for nursing homes for my mum who has dementia She provided me with questions I can ask the nursing homes that I interview as well as funding options that are available Thank you Klara

Lottie offers an excellent service to navigate through minefield of the care system

Eva has been fantastic in helping me place my dad in respite She sent me all the relevant information based on our requirement and provided regular updates on beds availabilities as this changes on daily basis Lottie offers a great service and very factual information on each care home I could not have managed it with out the dedicated support from Eva Thank you so much Keep up the great work

I found Lottie by chance on a google search for car homes in my area The website was so helpful with all the important information visible without having to sign up to anything Although signing up was a great move as the call received from Klara at Lottie provided so much information that we would never have easily found She was so helpful

Urgent Personal Care

We needed immediate cover for my Mum as her current provider couldn t replace leaving staff members Alexandra s phone me after i requested the shortlist and were able to provide immediate cover as I was due to go on holiday within 2 days They took all the stress away and true to their word they started their visits and I was able to go away knowing my Mum was being looked after I can t thank them enough for contacting me they were super helpful and instantly put my mind at rest that the care they provide is exactly what we needed

Fantastic helpful information in help choosing a care home

I spoke to Joe on a Monday afternoon and by the next day Joe had e mailed me loads of very helpful information This included a short list of homes that suited my father s requirements He really did listen to all the specific care my dad required even down to the fact my father doesn t drink enough fluids and recommended a certain sweet drops that help with hydration He was incredibly helpful and has made looking for a care home so much easier
