Amazing service

I am in the early stages of finding a home for a relative with dementia I want to get it right first time This service saves me contacting each home as you have all the information of homes in my given area detailing availability CQC rating and so much more useful information I am going to view two of the homes on Monday The most surprising part was your follow up call to me to find out how I had found the site and providing useful tips when viewing the homes also what benefits I might be able to access for my relative Your staff are so kind and compassionate at a time when I am feeling exhausted overwhelmed and upset you were there for me also and have suggested support sites or calling you back Your organization is truly amazing and I was blown away by the care and compassion Many thanks for your help you have really lightened my load

Really impressed by Lottie services

Lottie care services came up easily in an online search for domiciliary care in my postcode area It was very easy to request more info on services and pricing which arrived in my inbox from 5 different service providers in my area within minutes I received 3 phone calls from service providers the next morning plus a call from lottie manager herself to ask if I needed any help I arranged to have 2 care needs assessments and the Lottie manager emailed me info on how to prepare for them what to expect I am really impressed by the ease of using Lottie services and by the friendliness and efficiency of everyone I ve spoken to so far I can highly recommend

It s a very sensitive time when your looking for a care home for an elderly family member and little were fantastic They explained everything really well and gave me all the information I asked for and gave me the information I didn t knew I wanted

Eva telephoned me this morning after first contacting me last Friday when I was about to board a train and I asked her to call back on today She was extremely helpful as to my options in regard to respite care for my husband I was grateful for her reaching out and I look forward to receiving the information which she is going to send by email xx
