Not impressed at all

Not impressed at all This is the first and last time I will use lottie I hit the No thanks I do NOT want any phone calls from the various care homes I was looking at All I have had is phone calls from most of the homes as Lottie has informed them I wanted a call from them I have explained each time that it was lotties fault that they meaning the care homes had been given false information and wasted their time I also explained to them that I would be telling lottie about their own poor service It is infuriating that as a user I have to give much more information than I wanted before I could see care homes but to have the given information ignored by the same company shows what little worth they have in the care home sector What a waste of my time and also a waste of the care homes personnel s time who made the calls to me

They are trying to drum up trade

A Google search brought up what I thought might be an interesting article so I clicked on the link and it brought me to Lottie Unfortunately a panel popped up on the right of the screen and prevented me from reading the article It insisted on asking me irrelevant questions before I could move back to the article So I clicked on one of the irrelevant answers Then it took me to another screen and would not let me go back to the article I am not allowed to edit this to include the link to the page it would not let me read Try looking for lottie org fees-funding pip-freebies and perhaps you can find it 29 06 2024Got an email from the founder Nice try but the email was addressed to someone else If you had responded appropriately I would have considered deleting this review

Why asked to enter preferences red lines then post details of totally inappropriate properties that you have to scroll thru to find anything that remotely suits No way that I could see of just rejecting

Is useful as you have the opportunity to look at a number of care home options in one place The descriptions are clear and concise and hopefully do not contain bias just facts

It was actually the same as the info l saw on line but you did also show other relevant properties

Ruby was really helpful without being pushy the selection of care homes was good and representitive of the area Information was clearly presented and gave some useful links Appreciated the offer of future help should it be necessary

Seems a good and professional service

Got a useful short list for visiting carers Quick and easy to do and felt secure I would not be chased by care companies In the end did not act upon it at the time as circumstances improved slightly but feel ready to do so when required
