Great Service from Lottie

The Assistant from Lottie was very helpful in assisting me with research into Care homes for my Mother She interceded on my behalf with the care homes which helped me eliminate establishments and quickly make decisions about the homes when time was an issue She offered a great service

Respite Care for my mum post operation

I had to find a care home for my elderly mother to go to after a hip replacement operation I did not know where to start and knew nothing about care homes She needed a short stay and the Lottie representative explained everything to me and was very reassuring and caring She really put me at ease and started looking at suitable care homes for me From that I started to get a much clearer picture of what the options are She also spoke to managers at the homes so that when I phoned them it was much easier to get through and speak to them

Help in tricky times

We were in a rush to find a home for my father who has dementia as my step mother wasn t able to cope with him any more everywhere we found shut after assessment due to covid but Will kept helping us find alternatives and we found somewhere covid free in the end Its location was far from ideal but the care excellent and he s in safe hands till we find somewhere with a large garden Will also made a huge difference to our search by advising it transpired correctly that we d been badly advised as to the level of care needed His advice opened up far more possibilities and I m very grateful to him Lottie worked for us

Friendly and helpful

Friendly and helpful I was contacted and offered assistance with looking for a care home for mum after visiting their website which is a weight off my mind as I was not getting very far searching on my own They offered advice and would follow up with an email They were friendly and polite and look forward to making some progress

Lottie is a very useful site but i did find that they over-communicated and it got a bit confusing I also am tired of having to rate everything However they are very responsive which I also appreciate

The site gave a good comprehensive list of care homes base on a few simple but relevant questions It made the job of searching for care homes simple The homes listed were all of a good standard and they were proactive in contacting me for information on our needs This was all done very professionally with no hard sell They all showed a real interest in our requirements and gave some useful information to help with our search

The caller was very supportive and seemed knowledgeable He gave me time to share my experience and gave advice He said I could call him back anytime for further information For someone less proactive it would have been helpful if he had led the conversation more explaining the role of Lottie and the support he could give without me asking He said he would send me an information pack via email but didn t

Clara was very professional yet very friendly She was thorough and easy to understand Would have given her a 5 but saving that for the results when she delivers a short list and the promised advice on Wills and Trusts Thank you
