The amount of gobbledegook paperwork is

The amount of gobbledegook paperwork is mind blowing must be simplified also incredibly difficult to find numbrpers to ring for uk and continental breakdown also info contradicts itself I will definitely change next year

Problems with renewal again

Another price increase this year to reward my loyalty but made worse that when I tried to renew they had pushed the price up by another 70 two days after I received the renewal notice This took a further 5 days 4 frustrating phone calls and 3 failed promises for them to call back before they got the price back to what was quoted on the paperwork

Please get better

Communication issues lack of clarity over soft hard copy supply rude agent when we had to ring back because of no communication for a week after buying Hopefully these can be addressed because the products are good

Very difficult to get in touch with then when I did they said they would ring me back because the connection was bad But they never did contact me

Easy enough to take out insurance

Easy enough to take out insurance - but they are actually just fronting for Carole Nash So when I wanted to make an early change to a new bike no one seemed able to process this simple task and after three phone calls and endless queuing only to be told no one was available to deal with my call I decided to cancel Eventually after another call I received a call back from a manager who was very nice most apologetic and who cancelled the policy for me But what a hassle - imagine trying to make a claim

I was an existing customer but my new premium was 30 more than going onthe comparison websites Why you do you people disregard your own clients It s such a stupid business model Do it again I will never renew

The premium quoted by MH was competitive The telephone conversation to confirm purchase was efficient The policy details were to be supplied by email within 24 hours Over a week later they have still not been received

There is a 35 new business

There is a 35 new business cancellation charge to cancel within the 14 day cooling off periodI bought online and didn t receive my policy just an email saying if I didn t ring they would cancel my insurance so I couldn t check the terms and conditions When I looked whilst purchasing I never saw this term I then had to pay them 14 75 admin charge to add a non fault claim that wasn t even on my policy There price of the quote seamed reasonable but isn t now I paid the extra I had to ring them no call to sort out the query The operator was good but couldn t tell me what the new business charge actually was She did say something like I would get 10 back of the 35 and also have to be charged the for the time I was insured

Met the guys at Motorcycle Live

Met the guys at Motorcycle Live spoke about adding more bikes to my policy and given a mobile number for Mark brilliant service I thought Mark doesn t answer his phone and no response to an email apart from a missed phone call where they were going to call back and did not To be honest I didn t take the call because it looked like a spam number and when I did call it back it said it was Carol Nash Insurance yes I know now they are all but the same and CN reviews are not brilliant Rang them this evening and would have got more sense out of a robot I want to speak to a person not someone trained to read a script who failed their audition for Home Away So instead of adding the two Bennetts insured bikes to MH I am now going to be taking the existing MH bike and the new bike to Bennett s how can you trust someone to settle a claim if they can t get the front end right

Usual bad UK customer service

Sadly I ve not had a good customer service experience with these guys I ve tried to make amendments to my policy which was hard work to say the least Then got cut off during online conversations and asked to be called back but never received any further contact from them at all I then sent an email asking for them not to renew my policy it got ignored and 2 months later I receive an email saying don t worry we ll be renewing your policy automatically I ve sent another email asking them NOT to renew also ignored It s the usual stuff take the money and then make it very difficult for you get hold of anyone to help with anything It makes me wonder what they d be like if I had to claim so sadly they ve now lost a customer in me Update all my emails were sent to the below email address which doesn t in anyway suggest an unmanned contact Perhaps change it to noreply if that s genuinely the case although I suspect just a cop out admin mhbike co ukUpdate wow This is just another example of attention to detail and poor customer service Please READ my message properly I don t want to jump on a chat with anyone and spend an hour of my time ensuring a simple task is done I want you to NOT renew my policy as I ve asked several times I ve now emailed the other email address Please ensure this is actioned with immediate effect Unbelievable that I ve had to go down this route to achieve this Update I m not cancelling the policy Just not renewing Which I asked ages ago not to be done automatically you don t have a god given right to do this automatically What I suggest here is that YOU provide some customer service search for my email and ring me to resolve this or I ll simply copy and paste this conversation and all previous emails to other social sites Many thanks
