I have not got my policy delivered yet And have requested paper copies twice and been assured I would receive it in 7 days its been a month

Although never had a problem with the 1st and 2nd policy 1 for me and 1 for my wife when we tried to change bikes for my wife i was on the phone for well over an hour only to find the charges for changing where more than the policy alone which tbf even the lady on the phone couldn t explain so decided to cancel that 1 with them and just my policy renewed for a 2nd year Will also add I ve we ve never claimed so can t comment on that side of things

Check your renewal quote

My renewal came priced at about 140However when I checked on compare the market the same insurance with the same provider through Mackenzie Hodgson was 127 so I rang and they did it for 126 A small saving but it shouldn t have been any different to the renewal quote which should have been the best possible price in fact I understand it is now a legal requirement So it is still worth checking the comparison sights before renewing your insurance But in every other respect they have been extremely helpful and I have no other complaints

I purchased policy on line on the 5th but didn t get confirmation of policy until the 7th leaving me for 2 days without policy

5 weeks of calling to sort out a bike addition but we finally got there The last man Andrew was excellent until then it was average at best

If you want quick service

I was waiting for 20 minutes before I spoke with an insurance expert when I came to pay I was waiting ages for the payment to go through I was put on hold whilst the agent checked what was wrong - the whole process took 55 minutes - far longer than most insurance products I have bought in this way I was just about to try elsewhere Price was competitive so just managed to keep me as a customer

I was confused about who I was paying There was no mention Mackenzie Hodgson when I was contacted by the third party direct debit handler and a further insurance provider was referenced I hope I am covered
