Non-fault claims get forwarded to 4th dimension that have a lot of bad reviews and I currently fear I m going to end up with a big bill for a small amount of damage done by another driver

Online Issue

Trying to get multi vehicle cover online failed when the system lost my vehicle details after finding them via registration numbers Phone advisor was very professional and helpful I gave my reference number from the online attempt and he sorted my policy easily

The prices

I ve just said on the previous page my premium has soared from 214 80 to 475 an increase of 121 This is completely unacceptable but I m going with it for the coming year I want it down to the lower 300s next year or I m renewing with somebody else Richard Johnson

Happy with level of cover but would appreciate some kind of update like conformation in a letter or email Just have a text message with the phone number Just to update to be fair the postman has just delivered my documents so alls good

It a insurance company that has lots of add on fees some more than others but the price and cover was ok I thought so till next year I will stay and look around next year

The price hike gets you 3 stars If it wasn t for that you d get five stars shame The staff are great to talk to and when my bike broke down in France and needed work everyone was very helpful The team and kept in touch and helped me get home

Perseverance required for success

While those I spoke to were helpful I was passed around four advisors before eventually discussing my needs I found the preamble info message before being put through to an advisor both lengthy and unnecessary stating what was obvious I guess this is a legal requirement but this makes the process so much more user unfriendly I was also cut-off twice seemingly without reason before getting through I found the online portal very frustrating it would accept registration details recognised my bike but then threw up an error message when trying to progress stating the system could not find my bike The info required fields are also unclear when additional bikes are added The system asks for details but it is unclear whether this relates to the first or any additional vehicles Accessories is another unclear area not enough detail is provided to show what is acceptable as standard and what qualifies as an accessory Possibly the most irritating part of the whole online process is the quote reference number given on completion here both number 1 s and capital I s and also letter o and number 0 are not differentiate this results in quotes being difficult to access if returning to the system later Price wise the insurance was okay though I felt I had to persevere to get sorted It was certainly not a simple process

I m happy with the service I received and the price I paid The only reason I give four stars is because like every other renewal it is more expensive then you have to do the research only to find the company that you are with is comes up cheaper on a comparison site
