Overall Good Service

Thank you megazip net for the responsive customer service and for being a reliable source of parts for my older 1994 Toyota I have ordered from megazip three times within 2022 The first two orders were received timely and with no problems The third order was not received at all According to megazip s shipper the parcel was lost somewhere within the U S Postal System so it was not megazip s fault A replacement order was shipped and received The only reason for giving them 4 stars instead of 5 was the length of time and effort that it took to convince them to send a replacement order

Accurate and available part but slow to process order

It was fairly easy to locate a discontinued part on their website and after an email to make sure that this was the correct part for my vehicle which was answered promptly I ordered the part It was a little frustrating that the part took nearly two weeks to be shipped after the order was received and paid for This was easily the longest part of the process and my only suggestion would be to find a way to speed up the order processing time within the company

Very good price compared to if walk to your local dealer to purchase the same parts Many options to which warehouse to get the parts from everything is packed in its OEM package and your order is accurately processed Handling time is a bit long in my opinion but shipping is very fast

The product looks correct Haven t tested the stator yet The only thing that I think Megazip could be much better at is sending the ordered goods faster It takes too long from the order being registered until the goods are dispatched Once the item was shipped FedEx did a quick job Three days later the product was delivered to my door

First order Only thing I did not like was a big shipping increase after I put items in my cart I selected the country of delivery and shipping populated but was increased before I paid With todays computers I am not sure why this happened Everything arrived as promised I recommend Megazip

Quality Service

I placed an order for parts on 11 9 23 it was shipped on 15 9 23 and was scheduled for delivery on 20 9 23 but it was received on 21 9 23 A total of 10 days from shipping to delivery Additionally the packaging was bubble wrapped and placed in a box Each item was also individually packaged with the Honda logo I will provide an update when these parts are installed

Receive my order at the estimated arrival date the only thing confused costumers for the orders was in the website providing wrong info It says 2-4 working days but they did not include shipping and handling which take 4-7 days Apart from the shipping experience is good Responsive staff for any inquiry with the product

All good 100 genuine

Always a worry signing up for oversea online shopping However these did email back postcode had to be entered again after credit card and that box could hardly be seen on my screen That sorted placed order Again can not fault them good database emails polite and updates goods no longer available from manufacturer in my case Full refund in days 100 Genuine Will use again
