Sorted out refund straight away

What started out as terrible earlier review turned out well Problem was I never got email with shipping info once customer service replied all was easily resolved and it turned up just ahead of my phone arriving Vicky at customer service was wonderful to deal with and very helpful Glad all turned out well

Fantastic Mous case for iPhone 15 Pro Max Glass screen protector look elsewhere until Mous provide an improved application mechanism because they re not case friendly Mous products are great though and I ve purchased a few and will do again hence only dropping one star for useless screen protector

Good quality on products but shipping

Good quality on products but shipping to Portugal might be faster Note yourselfs that Portugal and UK have a centenary membership Should reconsider Mous

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service I wanted a refund as I order the wrong phone case and Mous contact me and dealt with my issue brilliantly I am so happy with the response I accepted the offer and kept the case Very satisfied

On the topic of getting a warranty replacement

Both Kris and Roman were very helpful in getting me a new case my only complaint being that every response I sent seemed to only get through after 3 days so the interaction took a bit longer than expected

Great service and fast

My phone case broke after 1 year but thanks to their great service i quickly got a brand new replacement without having to send anything back or paying transport 5 5 if it didn t break in the first place

Have spent hundreds on buying Mous

Have spent hundreds on buying Mous cases accessories over the years because of the quality however the last couple I ve bought have not been the same quality of the past the most recent being for my iPhone 15 Plus with the right side on off button being loose and no where near the feel of the buttons on the left hand side also have now discovered doesn t stick very well to the car mount I also bought from them keeps detaching Would I buy in the future Not so sure

Excellent customer service

Having shared photos of my faulty product Mous replaced it straight away without any further questions asked The product arrived within a couple of days All in all an excellent a quick and seamless experience with their customer services department Very pleased I am also pleased with all the products I purchased Whilst one had an issue hence the replacement it still worked very well when operational Note The replacement product is not covered by a warranty However my original product still had a month left on its warranty If the warranty could be extended or start over again for the replacement product then this would be a 5-star review

Replacement for a defect

I purchased the Mous Case for iPhone 15 Pro Max MagSafe Compatible - Limitless 5 0 - Carbon Fiber and noticed that when I gripped the botton half of the sides of the case and applied pressure there was a void and a clicking sound as the sides seemed to collapse a bit I contacted Mous for an exchange sending an image of the case and receipt explaining the issue and asking for a replacement It took a couple of emails to get them to agree to replace it because I could not take a movie of the defect with the phone in the case but I m satisfied with their willingness to replace the case

The quality of these cases is second to none Bought the walnut back iPhone 15 Pro case and it is gorgeous The magsafe charger is great too The sustainable packaging was great to see when the package arrived on time
