the iphone stand magsafe charger surpassed my expectations it s not just about strong magnets but there is a lot of engineering that went into this product in the way it holds up the phone and of course the casing has saved my phone several times

Excellent customer service and warranty policy As my phone case of two years started to come apart just a little by the seam I sent an image of the problem to Mous They responded swiftly and arranged a replacement to be sent to me the following day I was grateful to receive the new case within two weeks even during Christmas time The case has worked extremely well I have zero scratches on my Iphone 12 While it feels extra sturdy it is beautiful elegant and stylish Thank you for the great customer experience I got to have

I made a purchase of an iPhone case but I chosen the wrong type Plus instead of Pro Max and they were absolutely amazing on the customer after sale service where they gave me the correct type for free without any hassle and didn t require the first case to be returned Love the customer service and the product Would recommend my friends to buy from them despite their product being a little bit pricey but the quality and customer service adjusted the price for me

I had a problem with a product that I purchased and the issue was resolved within two days After I contacted customer service via email I received a response the same day and I never felt like a number but more like a customer who mattered to the company

The only choice of case for a phone

I ve had a mous case on my last 3 phones and to this date touch wood never had a cracked screen or broken phone My first case was put on my iPhone XR - December 2018 and has since been passed to my dad The case began to split down to wear because of the daily use of the phone for the past 5 years When I contacted mous for a replacement under their lifetime warranty they responded in less then 24 hours during the busiest time of the year Christmas and sent a replacement instantly with no issue The customer service team have been extremely helpful and I wouldn t recommend any other company

Exceptional customer service received

Exceptional customer service received after contacting on Christmas Eve regarding a warranty claim on my phone case I received a reply on Christmas Day stating that a new case would be sent out received new case several days later thanks again literally could not have asked for better customer service I wish all company s could deal with issues the same Thanks again

My go to case for my iPhone

Every time I upgrade my iphone I purchase a Mous case I haven t had any issues with their cases before but my current limitless 5 0 for the iPhone Pro Max warped where the volume buttons are This was just over a year of average use I sent a warranty request for an exact replacement the next day I was told it would be replaced and shipped shortly The following day I received the tracking number and confirmation it would be delivered the next day This is over the festive period too Thank you for the excellent customer service
