Good service but poor quality product

The quality of their cases are below par compared to competitors It has held my phone safe until the sides of the case broke down after 6 months of use This has happened with all mouse cases I ve owned over the years it s a serious issue that haven t been fixed If and only if they get it fixed can I recommend them otherwise be prepared to buy new case after the warranty one too breaks down

Unlikely to use Mous again

I ordered a phone case for my partner however received the incorrect item The customer service team were initially helpful and got a new one sent out however again it was the incorrect item The case I received was a less expensive version so I ve paid more out than the item s value and now been quite a delay in getting a response from the company - not got what I ordered and no refund Unlikely to use Mous again

My first mous phonecase split after about a year Customer services make it a difficult process to exchange Question after question Finally got a replacement and this has just split on the side iPhone 12 I contacted mouse and they stated they don t replace replacements Good product when it s new but but just not that tough I think they defer a lot of customers from exchange cause of their over zealous exchange policy I ll be going back to otter box

Updated Warranty replacement case looks nothing like what is advertised on website

UPDATE Case came apart and was sent replacement and the color is not the same and is dull much less impressive Not happy with situation as it is clipped to my waistline at all times and people always ask me about it Original Without Mous my phone experience would be boring truly quality products I really like how the new cases have grips on the sides this shows me they listen to their customers and are moving in the right direction

Rubbish case

The processing of my order was good and the case looked and felt really sturdy However i have dropped it 3 times properly and each time my screen has broken so don t get this case if you think you re phone will survive the drop test as it won t

Couldn t even protect from being dropped at toddler height Destroyed phone

Bought this case for my husband as a present to protect his iphone 13 and even after paying premium price with advertising as being able to protect with being thrown of a bridge and what not it didnt protect being dropped from toddler height and has smashed the entirety of the back Don t waste your money never buying from them again

Pretty disappointed with this purchase

Pretty disappointed with this purchase The phone case is great However the iPhone 14 pro screen protector is rubbish A pack of two comes with only one cleaning kit which makes the application of the second difficult difficult The size of the protector is too small for the phone and an annoying gap is clearly visible Protector was peeling off instantly Will need to buy a new protector

iPhone 15 - poor lens protection

I have previously owned the Mous Clarity case and have been very satisfied with the protection it offered my iPhone12 So when the time came to upgrade my phone it was a simple decision to order the MagSafe Clarity 2 0 case for iPhone 15 However when I fitted the new phone into the case I noticed that because the new iPhone 15 camera lenses are slightly higher the camera bump was not high enough to protect the lenses I would consider this a fundamental design flaw which offers very little protection to one of the most important parts of the phone I then went through the long drawn out process of having to submit a form to request a refund It then took 3 days before I was provided with the return details and was able to return the case Mous should provide return instructions online without the need for customers to complete a return form

Customer service a shambles

Mous products are very good and materials used are excellent quality and finish but god help you if you want a refund or exchange there is no contact telephone number so communication is by WhatsApp or email They rake such a long time gerting back to you each time you write It is frustrating beyond words quick enough to take your money but so sliw to give it back

Not great customer service - hiding info on how to return an item

Not great customer service I can only assume this company are having cashflow issues and want to keep your money by not supplying return information I bought 2 cases wanted to return 1 and clearly stated this in their online form you have to fill in a form on the website to ask how to return an item - bizare in itself Nearly 5 days on and I m still no closer to understanding how to return They finally got in contact with me yesterday asking if I wanted an exchange instead Replied to say no - I clearly put in the original message I wanted a return Now radio silence again Will I ever get the return info Who knows But I do know for the price point the cust service is pretty terrible Sharing so other people are not out of pocket in the run up to xmas side note added 1 star because the case I am keeping is ok - nothing to rave about - just ok Very expensive for what it is
